It is the same as the quick shop, it is housed in the same space and obviously provides the same support services for those it represents ...

Polite and correct professionals! In a problem I had with the printer that was not being repaired, they replaced it immediately!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακοί επαγγελματίες. Έκαναν το παν να μη με εξυπηρετήσουν. Ζήτησα σέρβις για ένα παλιό μοντέλο εκτυπωτή και μου είπαν ότι δεν μπορούσαν να το φτιάξουν και κανείς στην Αγορά δεν πρόκειται να το φτιάξει (!!!). Δεν είχαν υπηρεσία παραλαβής από το χώρο και ο υπεύθυνος σέρβις είπε τελεσιγραφικά "μου το φέρνεις εσύ" (στην έδρα τους στην Παλλήνη) αν και άλλος υπάλληλος τους μου είχε πει την ακριβώς προηγούμενη μέρα ότι προβλεπόταν η υπηρεσία αυτή.Τελικά, το έφτιαξα σε ιδιώτη σε πολύ καλή τιμή, ο οποίος το παρέλαβε και το παρέδωσε στο χώρο μου. Μακριά από τα κακά σέρβις "αντιπροσώπων" εταιρειών. Αν γνώριζαν οι μητρικές εταιρείες τη συμπεριφορά τους θα τους έκλειναν αμέσως.
Very bad professionals. They did their best not to serve me. I asked for a service for an old printer model and they told me they couldn't make it and no one in the Market is going to make it (!!!). They did not have a pick-up service and the service manager telegraphed "bring me you" (based in Pallini) although another employee told me just the day before that service was planned. at a very good price, who received it and delivered it at my place. Keep away from bad "dealer" service companies. If the parent companies were aware of their behavior they would be immediately shut down.
