★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big disappointment. Not tasty for this prices. Portions are smaller than usual in Greece. No additional vegetables. No compliment. Check was bigger than in menu with additional position. Second worst eating experience in Greece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good food Tatiana had the smoked pork and I enjoyed chicken schnitzel with grilled vegetables Kana ate a more traditional dish of mussaka and great size portions of food. Constantly busy with regulars and tourist so you know it's good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's be honest. This is not a 5 star cafe-resto. Do not get me wrong. The food is okay, the service too. The location is nice but... after eating at Sto Scholeio, my expectations are super high. It is a decent place but you can find much better in Paleochora.

Unfortunately it is one of the worse experience I ever had i Crete ,And especially in Paleochora, it's so sad to see who things change over the years
I'm being coming here for 17 years and never like in Never
Had a Dish so bad and moldy tast like this
I talked with the waiter/owner and he disagree totally with me !!!
He argued that it was fresh and he had sold many plates of it that day !
Which must mean that there are a lot of people that have no tast or are "afraid" of complaining
Which is very bad
I wish that they Restaurant will , at least try to do better in the future ,for other people , and they are the same time get back to when they actually made some descent food
That was my last visit there
I actually got a lot of better food in Worse Places in Chania !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZINGLY cooked lamb… the tsigariasto was outstanding. Highly recommend this traditional dish! As was the swordfish. Lovely location and people too
