A very bad experience. On 7/01/22 at 14:00 I went for microbiological tests and it had the classic queue for COVID test. I opened the doctor's door and said I was on a microbiological test and I was told to stay out when it was my turn. While I was waiting for 25 minutes for my turn to come, I was informed when I re-entered the doctor's office that the collection of samples takes place until 11:30 am every day. I politely told them that it is not professional and I told them when I came in why I am here to be told to stay out while they do not accept samples and I suggested to the girl sitting in the secretariat that it is a very good choice because we are in the COVID period to write out what time do the samples take so that we know and do not wait in line unjustly. My girlfriend answered in style that she writes the office hours and I answered her that she writes until 15:00 outside.
