Ο τεχνικός Zafiris Sorotos που έφτιαξε την βλάβη, ηταν ευγενικός, γρήγορος, δίνοντας μου και συμβουλές για την άρτια χρήση του κλιματιστικού. Μπορεί το κλιματιστικό να είναι πρόσφατα αγορασμένο (5/2019) και ίσως να μην δικαιολογεί βλάβη, η εγγύηση 10 ετών και το άμεσο service (χωρίς κόστος) πιστεύω πως κανει τον καταναλωτή χαρούμενο. I am evaluating the company as the company responded directly to the air conditioner failure. Πρόσφατα πήρα και ένα φούρνο μικροκυμάτων και το πιάτο του είχε ένα μικρό ελάττωμα. Όταν τους κάλεσα, από μόνοι τους είπανε ότι θα μου στείλουν άλλο, χωρίς καμία επιβάρυνση και ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί!! Πραγματικά τα 5 αστέρια είναι λίγα για μια εταιρία που εκτός από άριστα προϊόντα σε ευγένεια και εξυπηρέτηση είναι πολύ πιο ανώτερη από κάποιες άλλες πιο επώνυμες. Μακάρι να συνεχίσουν έτσι, και να κρατήσουν το επίπεδο αυτό που αρμόζει σε μια σωστή εταιρεία!! In the summer I bought an air conditioner which is very good and economical. I am very pleased!! I recently got a microwave and the dish had a small flaw. When I called them, they said on their own that they would send me another one, without any charge and they were very kind and helpful !! The 5 stars are really few for a company that apart from excellent products in courtesy and service is much superior to some other more branded ones. May they continue like this, and keep the level that is appropriate for a good company !!
T	Thanos Larisis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικό after care/ service. Μόνο τα καλύτερα λόγια έχω να πω για την εξυπηρέτηση. Η γυναίκα στην υποδοχή/γραμματεία ευγενέστερη και άμεση στην εξυπηρέτηση. Ο τεχνικός (με τα μακριά μαλλιά και το σκουλαρικι, έπρεπε να πάρω όνομα) επίσης ευγενικός, καταρτισμένος και επαγγελματίας. Είχε κόψει το καλώδιο ρεύματος ο σκύλος μου και χρειάστηκε αλλαγή, όχι μόνο μου το άλλαξαν εκείνη τη στιγμή, αντικατέστησαν και την τάπα που επίσης είχε κόψει ο σκύλος που είναι για να βγαινει το νερό σε περίπτωση που το χρησιμοποιεί κάποιος και έκαναν επιπλέον έναν ελαφρύ καθαρισμό και σε όλα αυτά δε με χρέωσαν τίποτα. Δεν είχα πρόβλημα να πληρώσω για τη ζημιά, η εξυπηρέτηση από μόνη της τα άξιζε, αλλά το κερασάκι αυτό το έκανε ακόμα πιο ξεχωριστό. Όταν αγοράζει κάποιος κάτι αγοράζει και την εταιρία με το after care. Και οι άνθρωποι που συνάντησα σήμερα απέδειξαν ότι είναι κορυφαίοι σε αυτό. Excellent after care / service. The technician (with long hair and earring, I had to get a name) is also polite, trained and professional. My dog had cut the power cord and needed a change, not only did they change it for me at that time, they also replaced the plug that the dog had also cut to get water out in case someone uses it and they also did a light cleaning and in all this they charged me nothing. I had no problem paying for the damage, the service alone was worth it, but this icing made it even more special. When someone buys something, he also buys the company with after care. Δ	Δημήτρης Γεροδήμος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακριά!!!Μετά από πρόβλημα εξωτερικής μονάδας, δηλαδή έντονο θόρυβο μου έστειλαν καινούργια με αποτέλεσμα να κάνει χειρότερο θόρυβο, έτσι ζήτησα την παλιά μου μονάδα λόγω πιο λίγο θόρυβου, με αποτέλεσμα να επιδεινωθεί ο θόρυβος, επικοινώνησα μαζί τους αλλά δεν μπορεί να γίνει κάτι. Ανεπαρκής υποστήριξη.Με αποτέλεσμα το κλιματιστικο να πάει στα σκουπίδια και να μπω στην διαδικασία να αγοράσω καινούργιο λογω ότι δεν αντέχετε ο θόρυβος της εξωτερικής μονάδας inventor supreme 12.000 Θα Πέταξω 500 ευρώ στα σκουπίδια αλλά αυτοί έχασαν έναν πελάτη. Update τρία αστέρια αντί για ένα διότι θα μου πιστωθουν τα χρήματα τού κλιματιστικού με την προϋπόθεση να πάρω άλλης εταιρείας και θα μου πάρουν το άλλο πίσω. Ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση από το service της εταιρείας και βρέθηκε άμεσα λύση. Far away !!! Γ	Γεωργία Τσουνη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν από 3 χρόνια αγοράσαμε κάποια κλιματιστικά από γνωστή αλυσίδα ηλεκτρικών. 1 από αυτά εμφάνισε βλάβη και επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα που τα είχα αγοράσει, γιατί έχουν 10 χρόνια εγγύηση και έπρεπε να μου στείλουν εξουδιοδοτημενο συνεργάτη. Δεν με εξυπηρέτησαν και χρονιτριβουσαν. Πήρα λοιπόν τηλέφωνο στηκ inventor την Παρασκευή το απόγευμα και επειδή ήταν κλειστά, άφησα μνμ στον τηλεφωνητή. Μέσα σε 10 λεπτά μας πήραν από το after sale και μας έκλεισαν ραντεβού άμεσα με τον τεχνικό. Τη Δευτέρα ήρθαν 2 εξαιρετοι τεχνικοί, ο Γιάννης και ο Γιώργος, και χωρίς καμία επιβάρυνση μας το επισκευασαν, πράγμα το οποίο δεν συμβαίνει σε άλλες μάρκες κλιματιστικων! Συγχαρητήρια λοιπόν στο after sale της inventor και συνιστώ τα inventor ανεπιφύλακτα για την ποιότητα και την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση τους!! Και πάλι συγχαρητήρια!! 3 years ago we bought some air conditioners from a well-known electrical chain. 1 of them broke down and I contacted the store where I had bought them, because they have a 10 year warranty and they had to send me an authorized partner. They did not serve me and they were procrastinating. So I got on the inventor phone on Friday afternoon and because it was closed, I left mnm on the answering machine. Within 10 minutes they took us from the after sale and made an appointment with the technician immediately. On Monday, 2 excellent technicians came, Giannis and Giorgos, and repaired it without any charge, which is not the case with other brands of air conditioners! Congratulations on the after sale of inventor and I highly recommend inventors for their quality and prompt service !! Congratulations again!!
1	1991 XCI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα καταψύκτη βούτα Inventor από την media markt με παρότρυνση του υπαλλήλου παρόλο που ήταν ακριβότερος από άλλους διαθέσιμους. Εδώ και δύο μήνες που είναι σε λειτουργία είχε παρατηρηθεί έντονη μυρωδιά Καμμένου καλωδίου μόλις άνοιγες την κατάψυξη και επίσης το φως της κατάψυξης μόλις άνοιγε η πόρτα, έσβηνε μετά από 2 δευτερόλεπτα ενώ θα έπρεπε να μένει αναμμένο. Προσπαθώ να επικοινωνήσω τηλεφωνικός με την εταιρεία εδώ και έναν μήνα αλλά δεν βρίσκω κανέναν. Το αποτέλεσμα; Έφερα δικό μου ηλεκτρολόγο και προς μεγάλη μας έκπληξη διαπιστώσαμε πως εργοστασιακά, είχε τοποθετηθεί "ανάποδα" η λειτουργία της λάμπας, με αποτέλεσμα να ανάβει όταν είναι κλειστή η πόρτα (δηλαδή συνέχεια!) Και να σβήνει όταν είναι ανοιχτή. Καμμένα πλαστικά και πλακέτα από την θερμοκρασία, εξού και η έντονη μυρωδιά εδώ και τόσο καιρό. Περιμένω ΑΜΕΣΑ, επικοινωνία από την εταιρεία γιατί είμαι εντός εγγύησης και αναγκάστηκα να πληρώσω ηλεκτρολόγο για να επισκευάσει ΧΟΝΤΡΟ εργοστασιακό λάθος της Inventor! I bought an Inventor dipper freezer from media markt at the employee's urging even though it was more expensive than others available. For the past two months it has been in operation, a strong smell of burning cable had been observed as soon as you opened the freezer and also the light of the freezer as soon as the door was opened, turned off after 2 seconds while it should have remained on. I have been trying to contact the company by phone for a month now but I can not find anyone. The result; I brought my own electrician and to our great surprise we found that at the factory, the operation of the lamp was placed "upside down", with the result that it lights up when the door is closed (ie continuous!) And turns off when it is open. Burnt plastics and boards from the temperature, hence the strong smell for so long. I am waiting IMMEDIATELY, communication from the company because I am under warranty and I had to pay an electrician to repair a BIG factory error of Inventor!

R	Richard Davis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a recent failure problem with my 26 month old Inventor Rise 8 Dehumidifier, seldom used during cold winter months only. Contacted their online support Sunday morning asking for help suggestions, expecting to receive send back for repair instructions as the unit was now 7 weeks outside the warranty period. Received emails back Monday morning from Dimitris Athanasiou – Digital Account Manager (UK) informing me that Inventor will replace the failed unit with a brand new one (even though their warranty liability had now expired!). The old unit should be taken to our local recycling centre for disposal please. Dimitris confirmed despatch of the new unit later on Monday afternoon, which arrived by DPD Tuesday morning 36 working hours after first contact for assistance!! That's what I call exceptional customer service, unfortunately very seldom experienced at the moment. I cannot rate this company highly enough, and Dimitris help in particular was outstanding. Would recommend this company wholeheartedly for any available products.
