Κατευθείαν αντικατάσταση συσκευής(Μεταχειρισμένη πάνω απο έτος) όλα με δικά τούς έξοδα και πολύ καλή συνεργασία. Ευχαριστώ People are perfect! And in communication and service and after sale ... Στη συνέχεια, κατόπιν παρότρυνσής της, έστειλα το προϊόν που παρουσίαζε πρόβλημα με κούριερ στο χώρο τους και σε λιγότερο από 2 εργάσιμες έλαβα κούριερ με καινούριο! σας ευχαριστώ πολύ και μπράβο σας! congratulations on your after sales service! I really have not met this before! in our first contact, the lady on the phone was so kind that it made me feel like I was talking to friends! Then, at its instigation, I sent the product with a courier problem to their place and in less than two business days I received a courier with a new one! thank you very much and your thumbs up!

Μαντέψτε αν εθναι.που μου ήρθε ενας ανεμιστήρας χαλασμενος. Ξεκάθαρα μήνυση και είστε οι χειρότεροι. You say 5 year warranty, and the warranty is only valid if the card has been completed and stamped by the store. Guess if it's national. I got a broken fan. Clearly sue and you are the worst.

Επικοινώνησα με την εταιρεία και με συνοπτική διαδικασία έγινε αντικατάσταση , απλά , με διάθεση και αποτελεσματικά (με courier χωρίς χρέωση) Τους συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα I bought a PRIMO AB660 grill for replacement, but unfortunately it had a manufacturing failure in the resistor and it fell from its place…. I contacted the company and with a concise procedure it was replaced, simply, with mood and efficiently (by courier free of charge) I highly recommend them
