★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barman disrespecting customers, talking disrespectfully, he even taught me how to order drinks, threw ice at my daughter then said it was just an accident and didn't even apologize, overall I'm very unsatisfied with this waiter, it ruined my whole family vacation, the next day I saw him arguing with another guest, surely many people have had the same situation as us, I recommend you should not come here, so disappointed with the behavior of this staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new hotel trying to look very modern but the quality is not so great,seems to be built in a quick and easygoing way. Because its only two store building about 400metres from the beach you cannot see the sea from there..balcony view is mostly on a carpark or road or swimming pool. Somewhere it points out it has 5stars bud 3,5 is nore accurate. 90% polish tourists. Food was fresh and good.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel if it is, the hotel got reviewed by a blind person or bribed their way to 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i’m so dissapoited your service and especially bar staff in the afternoon . the bar man was rude to me and my daughter. When my daughter calls for a drink, she throws ice at my daughter! I am very angry with that behavior. My daughter is only 6 years old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ working unprofessionally , disrespecting customers , arguing with customers , mumbling cursing at customers . I spent money to be served like trash by you guys. I am disappointed in the service and behavior of the bar man. You should teach your staff how to respect customers or fire them. If you don't fire him, I'm afraid your hotel will lose a large number of guests. thank you !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start with a mega nice service bartender Krystian very helpful and nice communicative service and a very embraced young squad with whom you can always get along. the only thing that are not perfect looking pools but they are functioning properly. Globally, you cannot look at a hotel in Zante because there are no power plants here and they take electricity from the nearby island, but Selyria Resort is one of the best on this island.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and welcome place. Staff is very helpful. We asked at the reception if it is possible to take our breakfast at 4:00 in the morning and the receptionist did the rest to make sure for having our breakfast.
