P	Paul Ryder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're here for a week based on a positive travel guide review. We apparently have a coveted room (404) on the top floor with beautiful views from its small terrace over the local landscape and hotel pool and bar. It's comfortable, although sparsely furnished. There's a kettle and a TV but no fridge for cooling milk, drinks etc. They seem to expect we will use the over priced restaurant. There's better food to be had locally. Air con costs €68/week extra plus a €20+ charge to access the room safe which is a fair size to be honest. These fees are not payable by card. We've been here 1 night of 7 so far. If my back holds out sleeping in the bed, the 4 stars can stay. If not, I'll review my rating (reduced to 3 stars - the bed is rather hard and uncomfortable).

Christina and all the staff and owners are wonderful, hotel is spotless room cleaned every day, pool and grounds constantly being attended to. Everybody worked so hard to make our holiday so enjoyable. Couldn't have asked for more highly recommend we will be back Liz and Mark x

Ionian Blue Hotel is very well kept, clean and newly decorated family hotel and is about 7 minutes walk to the main strip with lots of restaurants and supermarkets. Our room is very clean and faces the pool and restaurant. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Thanks to Christina at the reception, Helen and Alex in the breakfast restaurant, and room cleaners who worked extremely hard to maintain an impeccable standard for their guests in the hotel. The hotel owner Dennis and family are around in the background to oversee that things are run smoothly and kept well maintained. Should we return to holiday in Kalamaki again, we will definitely be staying in this hotel.
N	Noel Corcoran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there for two weeks and it was excellent. Friendly staff, food was lovely. Breakfast was great loads to eat. Rooms were very clean and the bed was changed every day. Love the Ionian blue. Will be coming back again. Great holiday. Thank you.

Always happy to see you and always greeted you with a smile. She had just started the job and I think she's a credit to the Ionian Blue. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were great. Cleaning staff always greeted you with a smile. Slight negative thing I'd say is Rooms don't get much sun, but we are out and about all day, so not a problem to us Fantastic stay, I would highly recommend staying here. Perfect location for everything.
