★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γρήγοροι στην εξυπηρέτηση και γνωστικοι στην επισκευή της συσκευής. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι μάλλον δεν δίνουν εγγύηση στα ανταλλακτικά τους, γιατί όταν το κινητό μου είχε θέμα μέσα σε 1 μήνα μετά την επισκευή, έπρεπε να πληρώσω για περαιτέρω επισκευή αντί για δωρεάν διόρθωση του σφάλματος με το ανταλλακτικό.
 Fast in service and knowledgeable in repairing the device. The only downside is they probably do not guarantee their spare parts, because when my cell phone had an issue within 1 month after the repair, I had to pay for further repair instead of free spare bug fix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ταχεία και καλή εξυπηρέτηση, παρόλα αυτά δεν μας ενημέρωσαν για ένα πρόβλημα που αντιμετωπίζει η xiaomi με τις after market οθόνες. Το πρόβλημα που δημιουργήθηκε, αντιμετωπιστηκε και λύθηκε στο ired Καλλιθέας.
Fast and good service, however they did not inform us about a problem that xiaomi is facing with the after market screens. The problem that was created, was addressed and solved in ired Kallithea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογοι στη δουλειά τους, τέλεια εξυπηρέτηση και ευγενέστατοι όλοι τους (απο το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο μέχρι και τον κύριο που με εξυπηρέτησε στο κατάστημα). Μπράβο σε όλους!!
Flawless in their work, perfect service and very kind to all of them (from the call center to the gentleman who served me in the store). Well done to everybody!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν 1 μήνα πήγα να αλλάξω μπαταρία στο κινητό μου. Όχι μόνο είναι το ίδιο χάλι η νέα μπαταρία (μη πω ότι είναι και χειρότερη από την παλιά - ούτε μισή ημέρα δεν κρατάει), που άνοιξαν το κινητό μου για να αλλάξουν μπαταρία... Τώρα το καπάκι πίσω ξεκολλάει και του έχω βάλει ταινία για να κρατιέται κλειστό. Από το κακό στο χειρότερο το κινητό μου. Και στενοχωριέμαι γιατί πάντα προσέχω τα πράγματά μου. Θα χρειαστεί να αγοράσω νέο κινητό τώρα... Ευχαριστώ για το τίποτα.
1 month ago I went to change the battery in my cell phone. Not only is the new battery the same mess (do not say that it is worse than the old one - it does not last even half a day), they opened my cell phone to change the battery ... Now the back cover comes off and I have put a tape for it to be kept closed. From bad to worse my cell phone. And I'm sad because I always take care of my things. I will have to buy a new cell phone now ... Thanks for nothing.

Very communicative, explained me the problem thoroughly and made me understand what was going on. Nice price and very professional work on my phone, I am delighted to have chosen them for the repair I had to do.
