Extremely satisfied with my experience at this wonderful place. Stayed at the Grand Suite for 3 nights - the room was wonderful and spacious, catered to all of our needs. Location - superb, it's just a few minutes walk from central Fira while also separate enough to be quiet and calm. It is right by a main road, so transporting to and from the hotel is super easy. The breakfast - a la carte and very delicious! The pancakes are a must! The service - here they exceed all expectations!!! Konstantinos (night time reception) is kind and effective, Giannis (Daytime reception) is funny, fantastic, and truly helpful. The services were not just of reception but outright personalized concierge. Left feeling pampered, well-served, and as if we had escaped to a 5 star resort! We felt more relaxed after a night here than after 4 nights at the spa resort we went before. Yannis was an absolutely incredible host. So hearty, so full of life, he recommended every single attraction that you could get on the island and catered to our every need. The room is pristine, you have everything you could ever wish for. Great hot tub in the junior suite, nice view, very comfy bed and...you get the point. This is definitely the place to stay if you ever come to Santorini. Trust me, you won’t regret it.

Very good hotel in general. What makes it special is the unique room design and the hospitable and helpful staff. Yannis was our host. He was extremely helpful, generous, informative and a bit crazy (in a good way) and that’s why everyone loves him.

I can only echo what the other reviewers have said: this place is awesome. It’s very close to Fira city center (5 minute walk) and it has a mini market right next to it which is so convenient. The staff is amazing and so friendly, you feel at home even though you’re not. Yannis helped us with so many restaurant reservations and renting scooters and you can book a thousand other things here too which I would recommend because they will do everything to help you! The Petite Suite II had everything we needed including AC and of course the jacuzzi on the balcony which is the best thing ever. Also you can choose your breakfast every morning and it gets delivered on time to your door by super friendly people, the cleaners are also really nice. The TV has Netflix access which is also great for when you just want to chill in the room for a couple hours (the model is a bit dated and the speaker isn’t that great but it definitely does the job :D). Also the shower is literally an entire room which was so nice! If I went to Santorini again I would definitely book this hotel again. Thank you! :)

Frist of all , for me it’s over price for this villa many services not available for the simple thing remember as it is 4 star !!! , when you arrived you have to bring your luggage over the long stairs no body gonna help you , no restaurant available for the villa , no privacy and professional at all ( what i mean privacy that at anytime any day that will come over your villa open it up without any permeation , suddenly when you relax at your swimming pool someone shows for nowhere and if any they will keep knok the door for stupid things ( like turn off outdoor light at the early morning) what the hell i paid 1300 Euro I think i will include the electricity . 2nd : breakfast its very normal not bad and not delicious its just full of your stomach . 3rd : no parking, it is your lucky if you found one 4th : it’s not worth the price at all Finally, i will not recommend this place for this price , maybe i will recommend it if it is 100 Euro per day otherwise it is not worth it

Appartements don't have caldeira view but are well maintained and the person's there a very kind and give a lot of attention to the guests. Very good alternative to the big and more expensive hotels of the caldeira. Breakfast is very good with fresh and homemade products. Important to mention this as other "luxury" hotels don't do this. Famillial atmosphere too, which was really appreciated. Thanks a lot.

What a fabulous week in Santorini made special by our stay at Irene City Villas! A really well situated boutique hotel, 10 minutes walk to the centre of Fira. A small hotel, 7 rooms in total. We stayed in a ground floor superior room, which was a good size with an outdoor hot (warm) tub over looking the small pool area. Our room was serviced every day, by lovely staff, everything was always spotless, inside and out. New towels and bathrobes replenished daily. Rooms are tastefully decorated with a good size, very comfy bed! The shower was great with good water pressure. Lovely bathroom. Breakfast was brought every morning at our chosen time and was always good with a selection of food and drinks to choose from. Everyone who works here and the owner were so pleasant, helpful, kind and welcoming offering restaurant suggestions, places to visit, booking us an horse riding experience and even giving us gifts! They go above and beyond. I would 100% recommend Irene City Villas. Thank you for making our stay in beautiful Santorini super special. ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic-less than 10 minutes to the center of Fira but quiet at night. The staff was great, very helpful but it did feel like they were trying to sell us on an excursion (that was almost the same as one we had already booked) but other than that, excellent. The room was beautiful and we loved the shower and view. Would stay again.
