★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel located in a good area, only about 10-15 min walk to the beach. The rooms are clean.
Staff is not very friendly, breakfasts (if not included) are €6 per person and to be honest they are really poor and not worth the price at all. Extremely small bathrooms. We spent there 3 nights, and probably would not return. Very average place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel staff are very lovely and the kitchen facilities/dining room are very nice. Excellent location/ short distance from centre and bus station.
Offer excursions and trips at affordable prices.
The reason why this hotel gets 2 stars from us is because of the school located nearby. Oh my goodness, the kids are constantly screaming from morning 10:00 til the afternoon. If your planning on having a lie in or want to take a mid day siesta then this is not the place.
The view from our hotel room was not very nice
The cleaners don't always replace old towels with new ones and some of the sheets were dirty on our first night here.
The shower stand was broken so we had to hold the shower head and shower which was a pain.
The shower cubicle is tiny so if your anywhere around 6ft or above like me you are going to struggle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing about this hotel is the location the employees are quite polite.
It's October 21st 2020 at 12:09 a.m. and a storm hits Chania. Heavy rain for two nights and one day. All the floors of the hotel are full in water and my room has some cracks and the water passed through, it's not much but still creates a pond on the floor.
It is a cheap hotel but it's not an excuse. The best thing that they can do is to close it do some repairs and then if they want to increase a little bit the price.
Additionally they must have a sure problem because the smell in the ground level it's not great.
I have a lot of photos of the condition here but I decided to do not upload them....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located very close to the old harbor (walking distance). During high season, parking can be a problem. The rooms are a bit old and very basic but the staff is VERY polite, friendly and helpful. Considering the price (I paid 61€ a night for a double in August), so I would say it's value for money.
