L	Lil Ariel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel! One of the best I have stayed at. The room is very accessible via an elevator, the staff are very friendly and nice, especially Anna-Mary and Harrison. They gave us amazing restaurant and cafe recommendations and were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed, very modern and elegant, the facilities are very new and clean. We had the sea view room which I cannot recommend more! You get a room right on the ocean, which is amazing. The location is perfect, just outside the old port, it’s not noisy or crowded but within a short walking distance from all the beautiful places in Chania. Finally the breakfast is also amazing, chef cooked meals, friendly to vegetarians and also to vegans or ketogenic diets. The food is tasty and well made. The roof top pool is amazing, you have an amazing view of the whole old town and frankly it’s better than any other “view points”. Over all we had a great experience and will definitely come back.

J	John Gazal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb accommodation short walk to the Marina and local Nea Chora Beach. Easy accessible parking, spacious well desined rooms with gorgeous views and super staff led by GM Panos. This is the only place to stay in Chania hands down !!
O	Océane Rothenhöfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only luxurious thing about this hotel is the emplacement. Me and my mom stayed here for a week. It was a disaster. The pool was not open which was extremely disappointing when you pay that much money. There was a whole production team recording a movie in the room near by which was really unpleasant as the whole team was staying in the hallway to access our room so we had to ask them politely to access our room and they were clearly upset. We had to ask for bottles of water all week because they don’t fill the Mini bar. There is not à proper restaurant in the hotel except for the “breakfast”’ area so you always have to go out to eat as there is no chef. Also if you want to go on an excursion, it has to be with their partners, you have to pay CASH ( they clearly have commission ) if you want to go to falassarna, they won’t help you as their partner don’t organize a trip to falassarna. it’s a shame. Not a luxury hotel.
A	Anthony Beckner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with our stay here. Booked directly with the hotels 7 months in advance and told them we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary. When we arrived we did not receive the room we booked and were told the rooms were full. The hotel did not offer anything for our anniversary. When they finally did change rooms to the sea view we booked our view was of the parking lot. Elevators broke down while we were there along with the pool being closed. Far from a luxury experience.

The views from the balcony are simply stunning - a panoramic view of of the Sea of Crete (which has the clearest waters!), with spectacular sunsets. The room itself is clean and modern, and I found the hotel staff incredibly responsive and friendly (they support using Whatsapp to communicate with them, and I never found myself waiting more than a minute for a response). The infinity pool on the roof is very nice as well - we had it to ourselves much of the time we were up there (you can order drinks + food up there from room service as well). Also - the location is outstanding - mere minutes away from the Old Town area. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Chania!

The room was so spacious and comfortable, and the views from our room were wonderful. Also includes a delicious breakfast spread each morning. The location is very convenient, near the old harbour and walking distance to all the great restaurants in new and old town. The staff is so friendly and helpful and really make sure you have the best vacation in Crete! Highly recommend!
