★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neglected facilities, restroom had a leak and mold, barely any Wi-fi, had to come to reception desk any time I needed to load maps or anything, hosts are not interested in any complaints, and aren't really helpful (they refused moving us to another room). Check out was demanded at 9 in the morning, even though information board in every room reads noon. Extremely disappointing accommodation. Did I mention hornets nest on the balcony? (I am serious - hornets nest.)

Owners are wonderful, they will do anything to make you feel welcome and comfortable, rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. I think they change towels and sheets on three days and the rooms are cleaned every day.
There is a bar in the garden with natural shadow and space for kids which is convenient for families.
I have to mention very comfortable beds and pillows so you can enjoy your time and have a good sleep. It's also very quiet but close to restaurants and supermarkets.
We will come back for sure!

Nice location in Agios Nikitas, kind hosts, although one of the brothers, not Christopher, knows very little English so it's a bit difficult to get by with him if you need anything and Christopher isn't around.
If he's at the location all the time like he is, he should at least know some basic English. The breakfast was always on time and yummy and plentiful.
The balcony is perfect for morning breakfasts, but the A/C external part is so noisy and takes up almost half of the terrace which is already tiny.
The rooms are decent and were cleaned regularly.
We had really noisy neighbors one night (probably drunk) and couldn't sleep, but this wasn't something that the hosts could predict.
Wi-fi was sometimes weak.
