★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έπρεπε ανα περιμένω 20 λεπτα στις σκαλες τις πολυκατοικιας για να παραλάβω απλα τα αποτελέσματα των εξετάσεων ... είτε δεν έχουν χρήματα για 2 άτομο στη γραμματεία είτε πανε απλα για κλείσιμο ... απαράδεκτοι !
I had to wait 20 minutes on the stairs of the apartment building to simply receive the results of the exams ... either they do not have money for 2 people in the secretariat or they just go for closing ... unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δράμα... παίρνω τηλ απο την προηγούμενη ημέρα να ρωτήσω αν έχουν βγει οι εξετάσεις. μου απαντούν ότι είναι έτοιμες και ότι μπορώ να πάω να τις πάρω την ίδια μέρα. Το πρωί της επόμενης, ξαναπαίρνω τηλ και μου απαντούν ότι δεν είναι ακόμη έτοιμες, αλλά αν θέλω να μου τις ετοιμάσουν εκείνη την ώρα για να τις πάρω. Επίσης είχαν βγάλει και παραπάνω εξετάσεις, για των οποίων το κόστος δεν μας ενημέρωσαν ποτέ. Μας είπαν ότι γράφονται, αλλά τελικά ούτε οι ίδιοι ξέρουν αν γράφονται, γιατί, αφού συννενοήθηκε ο γιατρός μας με την εταιρεία, δεν ήξερν να απαντήσουν με σιγουριά.
Drama ... I've been calling since the day before to ask if the exams have come out. they answer that they are ready and that I can go and get them the same day. The next morning, I call again and they answer that they are not ready yet, but if I want them to prepare them for me at that time. They also took more exams, for which they never informed us of the cost. We were told that they were being written, but in the end they themselves did not know if they were being written, because, after our doctor agreed with the company, they did not know how to answer with certainty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικό εργαστήριο και εξαιρετικοί επιστήμονες. Μου εξήγησαν αναλυτικά όποια απορία είχα και με μεγάλη κατανόηση προς το πρόβλημα μου. Μακάρι όλοι οι γιατροί να έδειχναν τον ίδιο επαγγελματισμό και αφοσίωση στο έργο τους.
Excellent laboratory and excellent scientists. They explained in detail any questions I had and with great understanding of my problem. I wish all doctors showed the same professionalism and dedication in their work.

The Laboratory was open all August! I received the histological response relatively quickly when everyone else was closed and I could not get an edge ... Thank you ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τεράστια καθυστέρηση των αποτελεσμάτων σε περίπτωση που χρειαζόταν να βγουν όσο πιο άμεσα γίνεται . Κακή συννενόηση με την γραμματεία αφού ενώ τηλεφωνικά μου λένε ότι μπορώ να έρθω συγκεκριμένη μέρα και ώρα για κάποια δείγματα φτάνοντας εκεί με ενημερώνουν ότι δεν είναι έτοιμα τα δείγματα που ήθελα. Ειδικά σε τέτοιους χώρους χρειάζεται η καλύτερη δυνατή οργάνωση κι εδώ συμβαίνει το ακριβώς αντίθετο.
Huge delay of results in case they needed to come out as soon as possible. Bad communication with the secretariat since while on the phone they tell me that I can come on a specific day and time for some samples, arriving there they inform me that the samples I wanted are not ready. Especially in such places the best possible organization is needed and here the exact opposite happens.
