S	Stamatis Germanos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τρεις μέρες πριν το ταξίδι σου λένε "έκλεισε το πρακτορείο που είχαμε και θα σας πάμε με αλλο". Προφανώς οι ώρες εντελώς διαφορετικές με αποτέλεσμα να χάνουμε μια μερα και οι είχαμε κανονίσει σε αυτή. Φυσικά καμία ενημέρωση απλα πήραμε εμείς τηλέφωνο (γιατι ακομα δεν έχουν έρθει εισιτήρια στα χερια μας και ταξιδεύουμε Παρασκευή) και αποφάσισαν να μας το πουν. Three days before the trip they tell you "close the agency we had and we will take you with another". Obviously the times were completely different so we missed a day and we had arranged it. Of course no information, we just got on the phone (because we have not yet received tickets and we are traveling on Friday) and they decided to tell us.

M	Margarita Stampelou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ χύμα όλα. Εμεις με αλλο πρακτορειο ειχαμε κλεισει, το my travel services, αλλα το iyouth μας συνοδευσε τελικα. Τιποτα το ιδιαιτερο θα μπορουσα να ειχα παει και μονη μου στο Bansko χωρις τη συνοδεια του γραφειου, δεν μου προσφεραν κατι. Στο πουλμαν κανενα μετρο κατα του Covid, βηχανε οι συνοδοι χωρις μασκες, στριμωχτηκαμε σε ενα πουλμαν ατομα απο 3 διαφορετικα γραφεια. Ξεχασε να μας ενημερωσει για το που να παμε να κανουμε το υποχρεωτικο rapid τεστ για να μπορεσουμε να επιστρεψουμε Ελλαδα και οταν εμεις τον πηραμε τηλεφωνο να ρωτησουμε μας ειπαν οτι τωρα εχει κλεισει το κέντρο που κανει τα τεστ. Αναγκαστήκαμε να ψαχνουμε μονοι μας, ευτυχως μας βοηθησε το ξενοδοχειο. Γενικοτερα οι συνοδοι ηρθαν να κανουν τις διακοπές τους και οχι να μας "συνοδευσουν" και να μας καθοδηγησουν σε ο,τι θέλαμε. 2 αστερακια γιατι ούτως ή άλλως δεν ειχα πολλες προσδοκίες. Ελπιζω να βελτιωθουν οι υπηρεσίες. Everything is very loose. We had booked another agency, my travel services, but iyouth finally accompanied us. Nothing special I could have gone to Bansko alone without the escort of the office, they did not offer me anything. In the bus no meter against Covid, the escorts without masks were coughing, we were crowded in a bus by people from 3 different offices. He forgot to inform us about where to go to do the mandatory rapid test so that we can return to Greece and when we got on the phone to ask we were told that now the center that does the tests is closed. We had to search on our own, fortunately the hotel helped us. In general, the escorts came to take their vacations and not to "accompany" us and guide us to what we wanted. 2 stars because I did not have many expectations anyway. I hope the services improve.
Y	Yannis Chatzopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από το 2006 που κάνουμε ταξίδια με την γυναίκα μου αποφασίσαμε για πρώτη φορά να πάμε με γραφείο στην Κωνσταντινούπολη. Το iyouth το βρήκα τυχαία στο διαδίκτυο δίχως να γνωρίζω τι μας περίμενε.. ΚΟΡΥΦΑΙΟ!!! Ευγενικοί στα τηλέφωνα με αναλυτική πληροφόρηση για όλο το ταξίδι (μέχρι που να παρκάρω το αυτοκίνητο πριν την επιβίβαση). Άνετο λεωφορείο με πολλές στάσεις. Ένα πρόγραμμα που περιέχει όλα τα must seen αλλά εξίσου ελεύθερο ώστε να γυρίσουμε την πόλη μόνοι μας! Ευέλικτο και ελαστικό ( δεν θέλαμε να ακολουθήσουμε την τρίτη μέρα σε όλα και αποφασίσαμε να πάμε στα πρηγκιποννησα, μας έδωσαν ακριβής πληροφορίες πως θα πάμε κλπ.). Το ξενοδοχείο πολύ καλό, κεντρικά! Συγχαρητήρια στο γραφείο για τον επαγγελματισμό και την οργάνωση καθώς και ένα τεράστιο μπράβο στον συνοδό μας Χρήστο και τον ξεναγό μας Τανέρ ?? θα τα πούμε ξανά σίγουρα και σε άλλα ταξίδια!!! I found iyouth by chance on the internet without knowing what was waiting for us .. TOP !!! Polite on the phones with detailed information for the whole trip (until I park the car before boarding). Comfortable bus with many stops. A program that contains all the must seen but equally free to tour the city alone! B	Benet Beldecos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bansko 2019. A low budget trip with many surprises! "MPM Guinness", a 4 star hotel, with a great indoors pool and free spa amenities! A superb buffet dinner and an amazing breakfast. Free and very convenient shuttle service to the otherwise nearby Gondola lift. Rent your skiing equipment at a very affordable price at the hotel. Overall, an unforgettable experience!
