Со стороны работников компании «Музенидис Тревел» все этапы нашей поездки было организовано на высоком уровне. При этом мы хотим выразить нашу благодарность гиду Руслане за грамотность, вежливость и отличную работу. Потому что она всегда информировала нас про предстоящие экскурсии, оперативно отвечала на все наши вопросы. При этом стоимость тура была весьма приемлема и на следующий год мы хотим опять поехать на отдых именно с помощью этой компании. My wife and I spent a vacation from 10 to 24 June 2019 in Crete, or rather we lived in the hotel “Pilot Beach Resort”. On the part of the employees of the company Mouzenidis Travel, all stages of our trip were organized at a high level. At the same time we want to express our gratitude to the guide Ruslana for literacy, politeness and excellent work. Because she always informed us about the upcoming excursions, promptly answered all our questions. At the same time, the cost of the tour was very acceptable and the next year we want to go on vacation again with the help of this company.
Ρ	Ράνια Μοντζιολή on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κατ'αρχάς, το ωράριο που αναγράφεται στον ιστότοπο είναι λάθος! Το πρακτορείο της Αθήνας κλείνει στις 19:00 και όχι στις 20:00. Και πρέπει να το ανακαλύψεις μόνος σου και να είσαι τυχερός να μην έχεις ξεκινήσει απόγευμα από μακριά να κατέβεις κέντρο. Η εξυπηρέτηση στο πρακτορείο δια ζώσης είναι αρκετά ικανοποιητική χάρη στις κοπέλες που αναλαμβάνουν εκδόσεις Visa. Στο τηλέφωνο, όμως, δεν είναι το ίδιο. Τρίτη 24/4/18 αφού είχα ήδη ξεκινήσει και λίγο πριν πάρω το μετρό για Σύνταγμα ανακάλυψα πως το πρακτορείο είχε εκτάκτως κλείσει από τις 17:30. Πάλι έπρεπε οι πελάτες που θα παραλάμβαναν τα έγγραφά τους να το είχαμε ΜΑΝΤΕΨΕΙ! Και πάλι έπρεπε να σταθείς τυχερός και υπομονετικός στο τηλέφωνο με τον υπάλληλο ο οποίος δεν μπορούσε καν να απαντήσει τη χρέωση του κούριερ (γιατί δεν ήξερε και δεν μπορούσε να την αναλάβει αφού δεν ήταν ο ίδιος 'αρμόδιος'). Προφανώς, υπάρχει μεγάλο πρόβλημα και 'κακή σχέση' με έννοιες όπως ωράριο, εύρυθμη λειτουργία, υπευθυνότητα και ουσιαστική επικοινωνία. First of all, the schedule on the site is wrong! Tuesday 24/4/18 after I had already started and just before I took the subway to Syntagma I discovered that the agency had been specially closed from 17:30. Again, the customers who would receive their documents should have MANTENIED it! Again, you had to be lucky and patient on the phone with the clerk who couldn't even answer the courier's charge (because he didn't know and couldn't take it on since he wasn't in charge himself). Obviously, there is a big problem and a 'bad relationship' with concepts such as schedule, proper operation, responsibility and effective communication.
V	V. Pl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκδώσαμε visa για Ρωσία, έχω στείλει ένα σωρό email και δεν έχω λάβει απάντηση από τη στιγμή που λόγω των έκτακτων μέτρων δεν καταφέραμε να ταξιδέψουμε. Υπάρχει ανακοίνωση στην ιστοσελίδα ότι τα γραφεία τους παραμένουν κλειστά και ότι η επικοινωνία γίνεται με τηλέφωνο ή με email. Ελπίζω εδώ να λάβουμε μια απάντηση. UPDATE: Λάβαμε προσωρινή απάντηση ότι δεν λειτουργεί το Προξενείο.
