★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συνδυασμός σωστής εκγύμνασης, νοοτροπίας και τεχνικών της εκάστοτε πολεμικής τέχνης που θα ακολουθήσετε. Ο Γιάννης και ο Νεκτάριος αγαπούν το αντικείμενο τους και αυτό φαίνεται πάνω στους μαθητές τους. Τους συνιστώ για κάποιον που θέλει είτε να γυμναστεί σωστά ή να μάθει να αμύνεται.
A combination of proper training, mentality and techniques of each martial art that you will follow. John and Nektarios love their subject and this can be seen on their students. I recommend them to someone who wants to either exercise properly or learn to defend themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένας γυμναστικός σύλλογος, που κάνει πολύ σοβαρή δουλειά, με σεβασμό και στους αθλητές, αλλά και σε αυτό που αναφέρεται (Ζίου Ζίτσου) , χωρίς εφέ,φρου φρου και αρώματα, όπως γίνεται σε άλλους συλλόγους πολεμικών τεχνών!!!
A gymnastics club, which does a very serious job, with respect to the athletes, but also to what is mentioned (Ziou Zitsou), without effects, fruity and aromas, as is done in other martial arts clubs !!!
