t	thanos Franklin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα το VOSTOK ANCHAR μου 15/07/20, του εμπιστεύτηκα το ρολόι μου για service. Μου είχε πει ο ίδιος ο τεχνίτης, gulio, ότι το ρολόι θα είναι έτοιμο, πολυπριν από 15 Αυγούστου, πήρα εγώ τηλ στις 10/08, ούτε καν είχαν ανοίξει το ρολόι μου, με πήραν τηλ μετά από 2 ώρες για να μου πουν ότι λείπει ένα εξάρτημα και θα αργήσει να έρθει. Τους ξανά πήρα στις 14/09 για να μουν πουν ότι είναι έτοιμο. Ούτε καν ενδιαφερθηκαν να με ενημερώσουν. Το πήρα μετά από 2 ΜΗΝΕΣ. ΕΛΕΟΣ. Το λάθος μου, προπληρωσα όλο το ποσό και οχι το 50% που μου ζήτησε. 140 ευρώ με αλλαγή κρυστάλλου. Μακριά και αγαπημένοι από εκεί. Πότε ξανά!! The craftsman himself, gulio, had told me that the watch would be ready, just before August 15, I called on 10/08, they had not even opened my watch, they called me after 2 hours to tell me that a component is missing and will be late. I took them again on 14/09 to tell me that it is ready. They were not even interested in informing me. I got it after 2 MONTHS. MERCY. My mistake, I prepaid the entire amount and not the 50% he asked me. 140 euros with crystal change. Away and loved ones from there. Never again!!

Τ	Τεο Τεορ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν βρήκα καλή εξυπηρέτηση από το κατάστημα, ο κύριος στο μαγαζί μου πρότεινε μια ακριβή και μοναδική λυση, ευτυχώς βρήκα άλλο μαγαζί και έφτιαξα και δύο ρολόγια. Δεν εννοώ εξυπηρέτηση μονο την τιμή, αλλά ότι προτείνατε ΜΌΝΟ ΜΙΑ ΛΎΣΗ ενώ άλλο μαγαζί μου πρότεινε 3 διαφορετικές ΛΥΣΕΙΣ οπότε είχα 3 επιλογές, αυτό εννοώ καλή εξυπηρέτηση.

Σημαντικό, ότι δίνει εγγύηση στο service. Προσωπικά μου έλυσε πρόβλημα που η αντιπροσωπεία (δε θέλω να πω όνομα) το παρέβλεψε. Very reliable Service, deeply known for reasonable prices. Polite and willing to answer questions we all sometimes have. Important, that it guarantees the service. I personally solved a problem that the delegation (I do not want to say name) overlooked.
C	C. kas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από καιρό είπα και εγώ να γράψω την κριτική μου. Είχα πάει πριν δυο χρόνια για ένα ρολόι oris που έχω όπου και το κατάστημα που το ειχα αγοράσει το oroloi.gr μου είπε να πάω στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα για επισκευή μιας και ήταν ελαττωματικό αφού το ρολόι δεν μου είχε πέσει ποτε κάτω ούτε το φόραγα κάθε μέρα και είχε ξεκολλήσει ένα μέταλλο στο εσωτερικού του καντράν….(φυσικά εργοστασιακό πρόβλημα) Όταν το είδε ο εν λόγο κύριος το ρολόι μου είπε ότι το είχα χτυπήσει γιαυτο και είχε ξεκολλήσει και μου έδειχνε ένα σημείο το οποίο όχι σημάδι δεν είχε αλλά ήταν εντελώς καθαρο. Η λογική του ενώ το ρολόι ήταν εντός εγγύησης και δεν έφταιγα εγώ να μου πει αυτό το πράγμα προφανώς ηταν κάτι πολύ αρνητικό μιας και θα πληρωνόταν από την ίδια την εταιρία. Άρα κατέληξα στην άποψη ότι δεν θα το πρότεινα σε κάποιον, λόγο συμπεριφοράς αφού μου αφησε να εννοηθεί ότι δεν ήθελε να πιαστεί στην εγγύηση.Η ζημιά πάντως επισκευάστηκε σωστά. Και φυσικά τελικά η ζημιά ηταν εντός εγγύησης… After a while I also said to write my review. I had gone two years ago for an oris watch that I have where the store where I had bought it oroloi.gr told me to go to the specific store for repair since it was defective since the watch had never fallen down or I wore it every day and a metal had come off inside the dial (. (of course factory problem) When the gentleman in question saw it the watch told me that I had hit it for it and it had come off and it showed me a spot which no sign had but was completely clean . His logic while the watch was under warranty and it was not my fault to tell me this thing was obviously something very negative since it would be paid by the company itself. So I came to the conclusion that I would not recommend it to anyone, because of the behavior after he let me know that he did not want to be caught in the warranty. However, the damage was repaired properly. And of course in the end the damage was under warranty…

Επειδή το ρολόι ήταν μόλις 2 μηνες αγορασμένο, κατάφεραν να καλυφθεί απο την εγγύηση η ζημιά και τελικά δεν πλήρωσα τίποτα. Ηταν παρα πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Ηταν η πρώτη φορά που πήγα στο μαγαζί τους , σίγουρα θα ξαναπάω και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Very good service. I went for a watch for repair. Because the watch was only 2 months old, they managed to cover the damage from the warranty and in the end I did not pay anything. They were very kind and helpful. It was the first time I went to their store, I will definitely go again and recommend it unreservedly!
