Μ	Μαριος Μπουζας on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα το χαλασμένο από το προηγούμενο βράδυ ρολόι μου στις 23 Αυγούστου 2021 μπαίνω μέσα στο μαγαζί τους λέω σώστε με! μεθαύριο φεύγω για διακοπές και θέλω να το φοράω πάση θυσία την ίδια μέρα το μεσημέρι το παρέλαβα σε άριστη λειτουργική κατάσταση ειλικρινά χωρίς την παραμικρή δόση υπερβολής ήταν η καλύτερη και ποίο επαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση που έχω δεχθεί ποτέ από κατάστημα-μαγαζί απόλυτα ευγενικοί και κατατοπιστικοί και γενικά είχαν όλο το πακέτο είναι κάτι παραπάνω από επαγγελματίες στο είδος τους! Υ.Γ. θεωρώ ότι η κρητική μου τους αδικεί και δεν είναι αντάξια της αντιμετώπισης και της εξυπηρέτησης που δέχθηκα! α	αντωνης τριποδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα ενα ρολόι μάρκας CATERPILAR γύρω στα 180 ευρώ. Χωρίς να το φοράω πάνω από 2 εβδομάδες και ΧΩΡΙΣ να το χτυπήσω πουθενά έφυγε η κορώνα με τον άξονα. Το πήγα στο μαγαζί γιατί φυσικά είχε εγγύηση και μου είπαν οτί δεν το καλύπτει και οτί πρέπει να το πληρώσω.Μα αφού η εγγύηση καλύπτει τον μηχανισμό, η κορώνα δεν είναι μέρος του μηχανισμού? Αυτή τη στιγμή περιμένω να με ειδοποιήσουν σχετικά με το ύψοςτης τιμής της επισκευής. Πολύ στεχωρημένος αρχικά με το κατάστημα γιατί έχω κάνει αγορές και έχω πάρει και δώρο από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα (φαντάσου να χαλάσει το δώρο που θα πας και να αναγκάσεις τον άλλο να το πληρώσει, ντροπή) και δεύτερον με την μάρκα που υποτίθεται ότι έχει ένα όνομα I bought a CATERPILAR watch for around 180 euros. Without wearing it for more than 2 weeks and WITHOUT hitting it, the crown with the shaft went nowhere. I went to the store because of course it had a guarantee and they told me that it does not cover it and that I have to pay for it. But since the guarantee covers the mechanism, the crown is not part of the mechanism; At the moment I am waiting to be notified about the price of the repair. Very upset at first with the store because I have made purchases and I have also received a gift from the specific store (imagine spoiling the gift you are going to go and forcing the other to pay it, shame) and secondly with the brand that is supposed to have a name

N	Nikos Kouzigiannis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αλλαγή μπαταρίας σε ρολόι Tissot και έλεγχος αδιαβροχοποιησης με 20€. Μου δώσανε και το χαρτί για τον έλεγχο της αδιαβροχοποιησης. Battery change in Tissot watch and waterproofing control with 20 €. They also gave me the paper for checking the waterproofing.

When I took it for repair (within the guarantee) they tried to charge me 180 euros. The excuse was that I changed the battery in another store in case the problem was solved. Obviously, I did not accept since the watch had a warranty and was sold dysfunctional from the beginning. Note that it took me almost a month to be notified of the charge. Πολύ άσχημη εμπειρία, ένας φίλος μου δώρισε ενα Tissot (μετα βίας το είχα φορέσει 2-3 φορές) όταν παρατήρησα οτι χάνει χρόνο. Όταν το πήγα για επιδιόρθωση (μέσα στην εγγύηση) επιχείρησαν να με χρεώσουν 180 ευρώ. Η δικαιολογία ήταν οτι είχα αλλάξει μπαταρία σε άλλο μαγαζί μήπως και διορθωθεί το πρόβλημα . Προφανώς και δεν δέχτηκα, αφού το ρολόι είχε "υποτίθεται" εγγύηση. Εκτός και αν κάποιος πιστεύει οτι η ζημιά έγινε στην αλλαγή μπαταρίας το ρολόι ήταν ελαττωματικό απο την πώληση του. Να σημειωθεί οτι χρειάστηκε σχεδόν ένας μήνας για να με ενημερώσουν για τη χρέωση. Very bad experience.
