★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ισως το χειρότερο service αφου δυστυχώς μου είπαν ότι το ρολόι θα έπρεπε να το στείλω στην Γερμανία στα κεντρικά αλλιώς θα έκανε πάνω από 4 εβδομάδες για να το έστελναν εκείνοι. Ζήτησα να αγοράσω ένα πλαστικό που περνάει μέσα το λουρί του ρολογιού και δεν είχαν.Ομως ήταν ευγενικοί για όποιες πληροφορίες ήθελα μετά για να επικοινωνήσω με το γερμανικό service.
Perhaps the worst service since I was unfortunately told that I would have to send the watch to Germany at the headquarters, otherwise it would take more than 4 weeks for them to send it. I asked to buy a plastic that runs through the strap of the watch and they didn't. But they were polite for any information I wanted afterwards to contact the German service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικό και επίσημο Citizen service με ευγενέστατο προσωπικό! Πήγα με ρολόι του 1997 αχρησιμοποίητο. Το άνοιξαν επί τόπου, αφαίρεσαν την παλιά μπαταρία και καθάρισαν τυχόν διαρροές, αντικατέστησαν την μπαταρία και έκαναν έλεγχο στεγανότητας. Ασχολήθηκαν παραπάνω ώρα με το ρολόι γιατί δεν ξεκίνησε αμέσως, βοηθώντας με έτσι να αποφύγω την αλλαγή πλακέτας. Συγχρόνως, ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και βοηθητικοί, απαντώντας κάθε μου απορία. Το ρολόι μου λειτουργεί άψογα! Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!
Excellent and official Citizen service with very kind staff! I went with a 1997 watch unused. They opened it on the spot, removed the old battery and cleaned any leaks, replaced the battery and checked for leaks. They spent more time with the clock because it did not start immediately, thus helping me to avoid changing the board. At the same time, they were very kind and helpful, answering all my questions. My watch works perfectly! Thank you very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only official CITIZEN watch repair center for Greece. The service was quick (I got my watch battery changed and watch sealed and tested in 10 minutes). It is guaranteed and it cost me EUR20.
