★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unacceptable mistakes that caused huge delays in payment.. (and/or reimbursement). After buying online a discounted item to pick up from the store, I was advised to to cancel the payment and resubmit, as the order was not through for collecting from the store... The amount of 306 euros have not been made available since 18 days and we are on the phone every day....
Sorry never again....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. From the entrance to the cashier, employeeS are so rude. The security at the entrance dont know how to scan certificate. And she says I cannot allow you inside. We had 15 minutes of argument. I asked for the manager. She didnt dare to come to listen. And after all "fight" they scan the vaccine certificate. Nobody is solution orianted. As if they work at the shop by force. It is the only JYSK that I face people that bad. Very pitty. Better to go 50km away and try another JYSK instead of this one in Alimos.

UPDATE: I went to the shop again 2 days after because the products I wanted were only in Alimos JYSK. When I came to the cashier to pay, the same lady (Georgia) she spoke to me why I came to the shop that I complain. Not preffesional. She takes it personal. Pitty x2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buying anything from JYSK. Bought balcony furniture on 3rd of May. Was not in stock in the shop in Alimos but we were told it will be delivered in 2, maximum 3 weeks. All paid!!
Calling helpline every week and they just push delivery by another week. Now we are “expected to have it delivered TO STORE”, not even offered to deliver to home for the inconvenience, “EARLY NEXT WEEK”. 11th of June. Not again. Avoid.
