K	Kostas Chaldaios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανεδαίστατη ταμίας και ανίκανος μάνατζερ. Μετά από 1 μήνα αγοράς φώτων εξωτερικού χώρου, αυτά κάηκαν. Το τμήμα customer excellence κράτησε αντικατάσταση και μας οδήγησε στο κατάστημα. Ενώ πηγαμε για μια απλή αλλαγή και αντικατάσταση του προιόντος μας είπαν οτι δεν μπορει να γινει η αλλαγη γιατι ειναι σκουριασμενα. Τα φωτα εξωτερικού χώρου, που ηταν σε εξωτερικό χώρο μας ενημέρωσαν οτι δεν μπορουν να αλλαχθούν λόγω σκουριάς. Μετά από όλα τα επιχειρήματα σχετικά με το τι έστι ελλατωματικό προιόν και την αδυναμία απάντησης ταμία και μανατζερ, το επιχείρημα του τελευταίου ήταν "αν το δεχθώ θα με απολύσουν, τι να σας πω;". Σίγουρα χρειάζονται εντατικά μαθήματα σε customer excellence και operations. Unscrupulous cashier and incompetent manager. After 1 month of buying outdoor lights, they burned out. The customer excellence department kept a replacement and led us to the store. While we went for a simple change and replacement of the product we were told that the change can not be done because they are rusty. The outdoor lights, which were outdoors, informed us that they could not be changed due to rust. After all the arguments about what is a defective product and the inability of the cashier and manager to answer, the latter's argument was "if I accept they will fire me, what can I tell you?". Definitely need intensive courses in customer excellence and operations.
l	lioliojo Blabla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όλα τα προϊόντα βρίσκονται στο υπόγειο ενώ στο ισόγειο είναι μόνο ελάχιστα πράγματα. Το μαγαζί στο υπόγειο είναι αρκετά μεγάλο και έχει καιεγαλη ποικλι από τα μεγάλα έπιπλα. Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό θα έλεγα. Είχαμε παραγγείλει μέσω click and collect και λόγω χιονιού δε μπορέσαμε να πάμε να παραλάβουμε και μετά από μια βδομάδα που πήγαμε, βρήκαν την παραγγελία και παρά το γεγονός ότι είχε αλλάξει η τιμη στο ένα προϊόν αυξητικα, μας το έδωσαν στη τιμή που το είχαμε κλείσει στην παραγγελία!!! Αξιέπαινο και σαφώς προφανές για μια εταιρεία!!! Σίγουρα θα αγοράσουμε ξανά και ξανά!!! All the products are in the basement while on the ground floor there are only a few things. The shop in the basement is quite large and has a large variety of large furniture. The staff very helpful I would say. We had ordered via click and collect and due to snow we could not go to pick it up and after a week we went, they found the order and despite the fact that the price of a product had changed incrementally, they gave it to us at the price we had booked in order!!! Praiseworthy and clearly obvious for a company !!! We will definitely buy again and again !!!

So by chance our Athens apartment is now full of Jysk products...thank you for your great service & we found other stores around Athens too...and bought mire...& more :)
