They have a very large choice of tiles and the sellers guide you well.
The seller for the kitchen made great suggestions and was very helpful, on top of that the price was very competitive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it comes to sales very efficient. When it comes to complaint stubborn and not understandable. Replacement of broken tiles from order of few 1000 and in value of 10 € results to be a drama. Customer service still an unknown term. Offending would be to refer it to all the staff. But it keeps me away from placing a kitchen order of other few 1000 just not to have this discussions....My summary: Great variety, good quality, poor service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate it less I would!! The lady that helped us was very rude. I drove 30 minutes in traffic to get there and be treated like garbage. We went in February, and let her know our house will be completed in September. She replied to us that we went early for tiles, however everything we looked at needed at least 2 month waiting time. She refused to show us anything just told us to look around. When we were leaving, she just said goodbye. She didn't ask if we saw something that we like, she just let us walk right out. She lost out because we went to another tile store 10 minutes away and spent 15,000 euros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though, I have been a customer for many years in general quite satisfied, this past week I was treated very rudely. The whole issue started with the Delivery. When the truck unloaded my order over a distance of 15 meters with no packaging list . My wife made the mistake of not counting the boxes of tiles , And if she did it still would not make sense as there was no mention of how many boxes were supposed to be delivered, After 5 days we realised that about 20% less was delivered. When I went back to the shop I was treated really rudely.we needed 145 sq meters so I ordered 180 sq meters, needles to say I had to purchase anther 24 meters to cover my needs. REALLY SHAMEFUL. SO DISAPPOINTED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I renovated my house a year ago. I visited Porcelana for this purpose. I m totally satisfied for the tiles that I selected. However, I was not satisfied with the staff. At the beginning, I ordered tiles for my bathroom and kitchen. However, whatever I used to choose for my kitchen, finally it was not available. So, I finally ordered only for my bathroom. During the process, the staff called me more than one times to tell me that a delay is going to occur. Every delay was about of one or two weeks. In the last call, they realized that I was very upset. So after a negotiation that they had with the transport they managed to deliver them without other retardation.
