Definitely far from being a 5* hotel. Ladies at reception are super lovely, welcoming and helpful! Besides that the whole experience we had at Kairaba Mythos palace was just not what we expected. Poor hygiene and cleanliness, bedsheets not changed for days until we ask to and still find marks on bedsheets, dirty cups in our room or no cups at all. Everyday was a surprise on how many towels we would of have unless we asked for it. Staff not trained properly at the catering, they would rush to take our plates while eating, lot of misunderstanding plus we ended up being overcharged on drinks order. Restaurant has poor hygiene. AC stopped working at night , called reception and been told they would come the next day ! Not pleasant… All small details made the stay very disappointing. Gym is extremely small maybe 1 to 3 people capacity. Spa was just okay , not a spot where you can have relaxing time. On a positive note we had the most Romantic dinner at the restaurant on the 6th floor. Lovely staff and beautiful view. I would not recommend this place if you looking for a 5* service hotel.

Lovely welcome, got offered a drink on arrival, asked for juice was brought wine, still a nice welcome gesture. Booked a mountain view room, got a ground floor room with partial sea/garden view. Very VERY noisy. Music playing at pool bar till nearly 11pm most nights, once finished they still had music playing til it closed. Got woken up EVERY MORNING by staff bringing in and taking away laundry In big trolleys and the buggy used to collect it reversing back with its constant beeping, from around 7am.combined with the neighbours arguing and slamming doors til after 1am some nights it was awful. Had very little sleep. Had to put a towel against door overnight to stop the huge amount of ants coming in. They were everywhere and other than being swept out nothing else was done. Not the superior mountain view off the ground floor we had paid for. Staff walking past the balcony numerous times a day through the unpaved garden taking away what little privacy we had. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, and tasty. Eggs made to order and help yourself drinks apart from coffee that the staff offer when you sit down. Went to have an evening meal, and what an awful experience. Made to feel criminal by a female member of staff who told us off for getting up to get a drink. She looked us up and down in the most humiliating way and told us to "sit down and wait" for a drink. We didn't dare move from the table for fear of reprisal again. We did move.. left the restaurant and didn't return.another 3 couples had also mentioned the issue over drinks during evening meals... you have to wait for staff to offer the service. But the staff take forever get to you and very unhelpful,so we just left and went to a taverna instead. The spa pool looked nice, but felt very unwelcoming to us. There is a staff desk right infront of it almost like you're being watched, very uncomfortable. Went to book a slot and ask for towels, but the abrupt towel pass and huffing we got made us think otherwise. We ended up using the pool of another hotel completely, outside, where a lounger was free and staff were not rude and miserable. The reputation this hotel has by the local outside community is very poor. More of a holiday makers prison. Too big for the area its located and one very dangerous road. We ended up hiring quads to get away from it. Beds are hard, pillows like bricks, very uncomfortable. For the hotel and price we were expecting much more. Reception staff is luck of draw for how you will be treated. Daytime is OK,evening not so much. Mentioned the ants and the fact the 5v didn't work and took us a couple.more times before either was dealt with at all. Wouldn't come back here. No room now.. Good luck for high peak visitors. The most out of place I've ever felt when visiting corfu.

We had a wonderful two week stay at the end of September. The staff, especially at the restaurant, were so attentive and kind (Maria at the restaurant entrance was lovely). We enjoyed the morning yoga and the tennis court. There is also entertainment in the evening and despite the hotel being so big and providing all this, it keeps a relaxed and quiet atmosphere which helped us disconnect. The room was very well cleaned every day and we also appreciate the fact that beach towels were provided. I must say that the food was delicious and being a vegetarian was not a drawback as there were plenty of options. However, there is also something negative I would like to point out. One of the parking lots, where we would find available space in the evening, is covered in gravel and it is quite bumpy. I hope this will be fixed at some point. All in all, we had a great time and we will definitely come back next time we are on Corfu!

Every single member of staff are sooo lovely and kind. The whole hotel is clean and sooo stunning and is the best hotel I have ever stayed out. The food is lovely but it's a buffet set up every night, its hard to pick what you want. Overall highly recommend to anyone, worth every penny and 100% go all inclusive, don't do anything less x

The hotel is new, but the personnel is extremely unwelcoming. The reception also makes every little request feel like a tedious process (e.g. missing batteries in the safe took 3 days to fix). They aren't even able to confirm a late checkout until the same morning: why stress your guests unnecessarily? Food is good but not great: just book half board and go to the nearby tavernas for lunch (less than 3 minutes on foot).

Rooms are spacious and a wonderful vibe, not 5 star though. Service is an issue, i think they lack trained staff. Recommend to book Breakfast only, the a la carte restaurant on site has been great and there are some nice fish restaurants around the bay too that are better then the buffet.

One of the best all inclusive I've ever been to. Beautiful accommodation. Impeccable service, the staff are so friendly and attentive. Location is perfect for beauty spots and walks. Not overly busy. Couldn't have asked for better ❣️

spotless, no bad smells, really nice staff who managed to put up with me! the variety of bars are all totally different vibes, its a little out the way which is nice in one way but a little annoying in another so make sure you rent a quad or a car, you can request them from reception. The food was top notch too
