We always Got the car We need from the place we stayed around Chania, because of several locations. Any time we visit Chania we get full and checked information refers where we can go this time without any problems and in secure for Us way to enjoy our stay in Crete and visit again our beloved places!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked to rent a car for a day starting from 12 in the afternoon, and the front desk guy (probably also the manager) told me that I will have to bring it back in the evening of the same day, so basically to have it for less than half a day as they close at 10pm. He justified that by his need to wash the car afterwards, and that I could take it late the evening before if I wanted to and turn it back the following evening which would have been pretty useless for me for the first 14 hours. To my knowledge the 24 renting hours should start counting from the moment you agree and sign on to take the car, and not according to the car washing plans. Pretty funny!
