Fabulous hotel in a lovely location. We went with friends for the October half term break. The hotel was reasonably quiet. The pools are lovely if not very cold. The food was excellent with a great choice. The staff were very friendly and it was nice to see management coming out to guests every breakfast to chat and make sure everything was okay. There was a good mix of entertainment and the animation team were very engaging. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Hugh garden, hugh pools, hugh own sandy beach. Ideal place for families. We really loved the place. Just one negative thing: one split A/C is not enough in the bungalows. The style of the bungalows was lower than our expectations, ☆☆☆. Try to reserve renowated bungalows...

By normal European standards, it is a three-star hotel. The clients are mainly middle-class Germans. The hotel has no room service (?) and rooms are cleaned every other day only. I had to take the garbage bag directly to the front desk to get their attention. Shame on the Greek service! ???

We were searching for a family vacation, where kids can have a lot of fun and adults can enjoy the beach and good service. I can’t give the hotel 5 starts, because of few things: - The rooms are old, they absolutely don’t look like a room of 5 start hotels. We had a family suit, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Old furniture and dusty curtains. After we got to know that there are some renovated rooms, which are close to the swimming pool area. But when we were booking the hotel we didn’t see this information. - The wifi is reaaally bad! My husband had to go to reception or bar area to send emails. And again we found out that wifi works better in the renovated rooms. - There is no room service - one restaurant was always closed (in 14 days we never saw it opened) - the Arena was also closed Positive things about the hotel: - The food was quite good - There is plenty of activity options for adults and kids (tennis, soccer, ping pong, mini golf, yoga, Pilates etc) - the water at the beach is very clean - nice view of mountains and the sea

The resort is big and offers something for everyone, different beaches, different pools and entertainment if you want to join in. Good for families and couples, it’s so large it feels like there’s space for everyone. My only concern is that the service at the restaurants was poor. There’s clearly a lack of staff and not enough waiters to cater for the large number of guests. It also appeared tired in places, many facilities (like additional bars and taverna) were not open in the peak of summer 2021, despite full occupancy. This is a lovely place with amazing potential, but needs more investment in the service provided to guests.

Lovely resort with its own private beach, pools, and programming at that bars. Super family friendly.

Fantastic views of both the sea and mountains and delicious food. Hot water would sometimes run out and there were only a couple of plugs in the room.

Simply stunning hotel. Large open areas. Plenty of sun lounges, very clean and amazing friendly helpful staff. Rooms were clean and maid serviced daily. Beautiful private beaches , clean with easy to manage sun beds. Lots of greenery and pretty plants around - where you sat you had a beautiful view. Mini golf was fun also. Great range of drinks though to dine jn restraint in evening was a little pricey. Can't fault the breakfasts- amazing range of choice and plenty to go around. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again top class!
