Excellent place with private villas with swimming pools and an amazing view to the sea. The stuff is friendly. The inside restaurant has a very nice and tasty menu.

Very nice resort. It is not huge with massive tourism, so it is ideal to relax. We had very nice view from our apartment and having a pool was great! The restaurant of the resort is great and the prices are good. Super-friendly stuff and nice breakfast. The only negative thing is that the beach nearby (on foot distance) is with stones and not very nice (many urchins inside). However, it is very close to all the other spots of the area. We totally recommend it!

This is a tough one. On one hand, the views from this place (Villa Ariadne, specially) has absolutely amazing view, a roomy living space with a decently sized kitchen (and a full-size fridge), and a beautiful outdoor space. Yet, on the other hand, the rooms are pretty small, with the bathrooms being downright tiny and under-designed. Especially troubling was the unbearable amount of mosquitoes on in the complex. To the point of swarming is the second we got out of the car, and to the point of having them on our faces while we were hanging out in the water (with only our heads exposed). No amount of anti-mosquito candles was able to push them away (we had 5 around the outdoor sofa, and still had to constantly kill of mosquitos from our bodies). As mentioned, the bathrooms are very small, with no room for toiletries or towel hangers, and the toilet is bound to get wet, no matter how you take your shower. Additionally, the pool deck needs work, as the wood is old and unmaintained, with splinters coming out of it (not ideal, when you're barefoot at the pool). The path leading to villa itself could also use some work, as it's made of a gravel-putty mix, and has big holes in it that make it difficult rolling a suitcase on it. All of the villa's shortcomings (including the lacking maintenance) would have been "ok" if we could only sit outside and enjoy the outdoor area. We were literally running in and out of the house/car to try and pendent mosquitos from coming in. Such a shame for such a lovely place!

Kappa is a nice gem on the Kassandra peninsula. The location is a little isolated from the main towns but it's very quiet with beautiful views. The hotel domain is clean and very well maintained. We booked the villa with private pool. The villa is clean with some elements being a little worn but overall is pleasing. The kitchen has all the amenities necessary. Air conditioning is working fine. The pool is clean and the outdoor seating is nice. Unfortunately the rooms are a little small, and lacking storage spaces. We didn't have any room to place our clothes. Bathrooms are clean but on the small side. The Wi-Fi has no signal inside the villa, the only area that has wifi signal is the terrace. Shaded parking is available on the domain. Private beach is small and cozy with a nice view. You can order snacks and drinks from the restaurant directly on the beach. Breakfast is ok with good enough diversity every day. The waiters are very attentive and polite. The kappa restaurant is slightly on the expensive side but the service is excellent and the view is great. You pay for the exclusive location and service. They try to make some interesting dishes based on the traditional greek cuisine.

Very nice Resort. Just 26 rooms, so it is never crowded. We stayed for 10 nights and had a two bedroom suite with privat pool. The suite was very nice, clean and modern. The pool had a really good size and was clean. If you have half board you can enjoy the breakfast (buffet style) and the dinner (fix menue with a variety of 5 options for each course). The hotel beach is 2 minutes by walking (stone beach). If you want to visit the nearby villages, other beaches etc a car is mandatory.the service in the resort is great and the people are very friendly. We can definetely reccomend the resort (also for families).

Hello! First of all, I am happy to review this amazing place. Looking back and remembering the stay at Kappa Resort it was magical and relaxing. The welcome by Janette was warm and kind, she even let us choose an upscale suite, Antonio was nice to carry our luggages by car right next to the room. The breakfast was very good even if I can tell it was a bit limited, the only thing that was changing daily was the mousse dessert. Thank you Yanis for being so profesional at the bar, the food at the restaurant was very good and the services were high ranked even the prices were a bit expensive. Make sure you update the Web page of the menu. Ioana, also you were great each day. Thank you Mr. Nikos for giving us a lot of good advices and tips for the surroundings. You have a great team! Going further, the room we received had a great sea view, it was big, the bed was comfy, with two air conditioning systems, the terrace was also big enough for relaxing in the sun. The cleaning service could be improved a bit, the ladies from cleaning used to wash the floor but not vacuum it and that was a shame thinking of the fact we had a one year old baby. The location is on a small hill with a lot of trees and small gardens. The swimming pool was great, each day was cleaned and the temperature of the water was perfect. The policy of the resort is very good by not allowing swimming activities after 10PM. The toilet from the room had a bit of weird smell, it was small an without a window. There are a lot of restaurants, terraces and shops in the nearby. The beach of the hotel is not great but you can swim and enjoy the beach chair and also the baldaquin bed. Even if we always look for different places, we consider to return some day at Kappa Resort. 100% recommended. Enjoy!

Exceptional! Perfect villa, private pool, kind stuff. The food in the restaurant was really good. I am nicely surprised with all of the dishes for breakfast. The private area on the beach is a lovely addition. Could stay for a long time! I had a magnificent vacation thanks to the people working there. Thank you!
