Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort - Kanistro

A great resort to stay. Very nice sunset view for dinning or drink. The beach wasn't the best in thr area but the pools are incredible. If you don't stay there there is entrance fee that gives you a voucher and you can buy drinks or food.

It’s a wonderful place. The staff behaved very well, very careful. Very beautiful pools with hot water. However the beach was rocky and unpleasant to bathe as you had to step on sharp rocks. •5 stars for the place. Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet my expectations, the food was low quality but plenty of options to choose from. •3 stars for the food I had a very bad experience with the drinks. The bar looks amazing, but the drinks weren’t good. After 2 days i stoped trying strange drinks and i served only Coke. Which was real coke :)) At the spa, all the cold tea drinks are bad… mine tasted like cold water with makeup, really ;( The cocktails didn’t have alcohol. One time i asked the waitress to add more vodka, she agreead, but it tasted the same :( The only real beer was Carlsberg.. the others were very bad. At dinner you have to pay for any drink, including water. I expected water to be free since we paid half board and it was a 5 star hotel. •1 star for the drinks The room was very clean, with a beautiful view to the sea and very spacious. Speechless 5 stars for the room

We visited in july 2021. It is an amazing resort, like the exotic ones you get to see in romantic comedies. It has it all: indoor heated pools, outdoor heated pools, infinity pool, indoor cold pools, water massage, private beach, yachts in the marina bay, multiple restaurants... even a pharmacy, if you can think about it, they probably have it. TOP PROS: the staff is absolutely amazing, among the best i've encountered: they are happy, cheerful and polite, making you feel like being on vacation. Gluten free dessert options, i LOVED that. CONS: - a lot of families with kids that come to the evening drinks and kinda ruin the live music concert that happens every night in the lobby bar - the food is tasteless... we went half-board, tasteless breakfast and dinner, we tried everything, nothing had real taste, not even a cucumber. Desserts and fruits were fine though. - the beach is very rocky, making it very difficult to swim in the sea, it hurts a lot - if you choose half board, note that this doesn't include any drinks except coffee in the morning. Having to pay for water at a meal i already paid for was disturbing, i think water should be free. It isnt cheap either, nothing is cheap here but thats something to be expected. - the restaurant near marina bay is not real fine dining even though its priced as one, the food is pretty plain and the wine pairing was awful. - drinks at the spa are terrible :)) thats also where i found the worse staff, they weren't bad but all the others were better - eating out of the resort is difficult because the position is really secluded, making it impossible to manage without a car I gave it 5 stars because despite all these problems it is still one of the best experiences I ve had and they are doing a great job at most things. It is worth the visit and maybe if you make early reservations it might be truly worth the price as well, we booked just days before. Eating out of the resort should be a priority as their food is a joke to the greek cuisine.

Definitely one of the best places to go on vacation in Chalkidiki! It offers everything you need to rest in very high quality. Very clean location, the service was perfect, the food from the restaurants was delicious, the spa was ideal as well as the massage, the sea was very clean. Great facilities even for children. Excellent all staff. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Great resort! Pros: Beautiful place! Water sports center is amazing. The guys there are super friendly. Very friendly staff! Especially Fei? Great food at the portofino(best steaks ever) and the fish restaurant. We took a cruise on a 'pirate ship' for 4 hours with mattresses for the kids and it was amazing! Cons: The pools are salt water pool and much saltier than the actual sea water. Bad design idea!! This causes that kids cannot insert their head into the water and for us adults we had to swim with our head up as well as the salt irritated our noses. Very very basic food in the main restaurant(buffet). Nothing was really tasty. Even the deserts that were beautiful were not tasty.

For a family everything was excellent don't need to say much,a visit may convince you it worths !!!!

I tried hardly to find something negative but found nothing, the hotel is charming, beautiful, chic, decorated with style, furniture is stunning, bathroom amenities with quantity. You can eat at each restaurant everyday, they are fantastic. Hotel personnel available, polite and helpful. People coming to this hotel are always the same, they are calm and, respectful. You pay for a service and you receive beyond expectations.

First time at Miraggio Resort and very satisfied. Room had a great view and had all necessary amenities.Service has been exceptional and very attentive. Resort is quiet makes your vacation relaxing. Also every night there is an event at the lobby. Food at the Kritamo restaurant is plenty on variety and tasteful. Spa and pools are clean and there are lifeguards on site. Highly recommended for its service, rooms and spa
