★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειροτερη εξυπηρετηση που εχω συναντησει τοσα χρονια που οδηγαω μοτοσυκλετα.
Κυριολεκτικα με εδιωξε απο το μαγαζι (!) διοτι, παρολη την ευγενεια μου, ηθελα κατατοπιστικοτερη ενημερωση για την εξελιξη του σερβις σε προβλημα αξιοπιστιας που μου προκυψε.
Το ειχα ακουσει απο πολλους για την συμπεριφορα του κυριου αλλα οταν το εζησα εμεινα αναυδος!!
Ειλεικρινα απορω πως συνεχιζει να κανει δουλεια το συγκεκριμενο καταστημα.
Στα επιπλεον ειναι πανακριβος και αργος στην εξυπηρετηση.
Ουτε να περασω απεξω!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μεσα σε 15 μερες ανεβασανε μια συγκεκριμενη μηχανη κατα 100 ευρω...και δεν το πσραδεχονταν κιολας στην 2η επισκεψη ...λες και ειμαστε βοσκοι...
αφού λοιπον θελετε λεπτομερειες διαβαστε τες.
ηρθα πριν απο 1.5 μηνα με την κόρη μου (για να θυμηθει η κυρία που μιλησ) και ρωτησα για την τιμή της Honda CB500x μοντελο 2018. Η κυρια μου απαντησε 6600€ με δώρο τον συναγερμό. Μετα από 15 μερες ηρθα να κανω αίτηση μονος μου. και μου απαντησε ότι η τιμή της ηταν 6700€. και της απαντησα ότι λυπαμαι αλλα δεν ειμαι βοσκός. Ξερω πολύ καλα τι ακουσα. Και η κριτική μου ειναι επώνυμη.
Για κακοβουλια δεν θα μου ξαναμιλησετε εμενα ... εγινε κατανοητό ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πηγα σημερα το πρωι (Τρίτη 1η Σεπτεμβρίου) για να αγορασω μια μπαταρια για την μηχανη μου. Φευγω και εν τελει η μπαταρια ηταν λαθος επομενως πηρα τηλεφωνο για αν ρωτησω αν γινεται αλλαγη. Τους ειπα δεν εχω την αποδειξη μαζι μου επειδη την αφησα σπιτι και μου ειπε η γυναικα στην "εξυπηρετηση" πως δεν υπαρχει θεμα. Πηγαινω ξανα στο συνεργειο και μου λεει πως ειναι ακομα 10ευρω, και αφου της ειπα πως θα επρεπε να με ενημερωσει απο το τηλεφωνο για να μην περπαταω τσαμπα μεσα στον ηλιο γυρναει με υφος και μου λεει "Γιατι ας πουμε; Υπηρχε περιπτωση να μην την παρεις;" Της λεω δεν θα ξαναερθω και μου ειπε οτι χεστηκε κιολας. Πηρα την σωστη μπαταρια και πηγα σε αλλο συνεργειο.
I went this morning (Tuesday, September 1st) to buy a battery for my camera. I leave and in the end the battery was wrong so I got on the phone to ask if there is a change. I told them I do not have the receipt with me because I left her at home and the woman told me in the "service" that there is no issue. I go to the garage again and she tells me that it is still 10 euros, and after I told her that she should inform me on the phone so that I do not walk around in the sun, she comes back in style and says to me "Why should we say? ; " I tell her I will not come again and she told me that she was already drunk. I got the right battery and went to another workshop.
