★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ κακη εμπειρια. Σηκωσα ενα αντικειμενο χωρις να γνωριζω οτι κρατιεται απο μαγνητη στην βαση και εσπασε. Μου το χρεωσαν. Θα επρεπε να υπαρχει προειδοποιηση για ευθραυστα αντικειμενα.
 Very bad experience. I picked up an object without knowing it was held by a magnet at the base and it broke. They charged me. There should be a warning for fragile objects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλό θα ήταν να μάθετε στο προσωπικό σας τους βασικούς κανόνες ευγενείας. Ένα σεμινάριο για το πώς πρέπει να φέρονται και να μιλάνε στους πελάτες θα ήταν πολύ χρήσιμο.
It would be good to teach your staff the basic rules of courtesy. A tutorial on how to behave and talk to customers would be very helpful.

Έχουμε πάρει 2 ρολόγια @karlsson.clocks από το κατάστημα της Θεσσαλονίκης @octopus_gr στο @mediterraneancosmosofficial
‼️Και τα δυο ελαττωματικά βγήκαν. Το πρώτο μας το άλλαξαν και λειτουργεί. Το δεύτερο τους το έχουμε πάει τρεις φορές, ισχυρίζονται ότι αλλάξανε μηχανισμό, το ρολόι όμως συνεχίζει να χάνει ώρα…
Το κατάστημα της Θεσσαλονίκης μας στέλνει στα κεντρικά, από τα κεντρικά μας λένε να τα βρούμε με το κατάστημα της Θεσσαλονίκης… ? Αγενέστατο προσωπικό και χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση που έχουμε συναντήσει ποτέ!
❌ Και η απάντηση τους: δεν μπορούμε να κάνουμε κάτι ?♀️
Να μας επιστρέψετε τα λεφτά!!!
"Caution" Scam
We got 2 watches @ karlsson.clocks from the Thessaloniki store @octopus_gr at @mediterraneancosmosofficial
Both defective came out. Our first one was changed and it works. We have gone to their second three times, they claim that they changed the mechanism, but the clock is still wasting time…
The store in Thessaloniki sends us to the headquarters, from the headquarters we are told to find them with the store in Thessaloniki ? ? The most rude staff and the worst service we have ever encountered!
❌ And their answer: we can not do anything ?♀️
Return the money to us !!!

the girl is polite and willing to help you, she has a lot of things for a gift and for our house etc that you can not easily find Greece, prices so and so in many high and in others good, at least I found what I was looking for
