★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση είτε live στο κατάστημα είτε τηλεφωνικά, ότι και αν χρειάστηκα ήταν όλα άψογα. Ο Δημήτρης στο κατάστημα του Cosmos είναι εξαιρετικός! Με κάλεσε πίσω να μου πει οτι βρήκε αυτό που έψαχνα! Συγχαρητήρια στην επιχείρηση!
 Excellent service either live in the store or by phone, whatever I needed was all perfect. Dimitris in the Cosmos store is excellent! He called me back to tell me that he found what I was looking for! Congratulations to the company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε γενικές γραμμές καλό κατάστημα παιχνιδιών,αλλά με μικρή ποικιλία και τσιμπημένες τιμές.Ενδεικτικά αναφέρω παιχνίδι crate creatures surprise το βρήκα 10€ φθηνότερα σε άλλη γνωστή αλυσίδα καταστημάτων παιχνιδιών...!!
In general, a good toy store, but with a small variety and stingy prices. Indicatively, I mention a crate creatures surprise game, I found it 10 € cheaper in another well-known chain of toy stores ... !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυσαρεστήθηκα γιατί ανακάλυψα ότι αγόρασα παιχνίδι στο παιδί μου που έγινε ανάκληση στην Ελληνική αγορά.Θα έπρεπε να είναι πολύ πιο προσεκτικοί.Το προσωπικό είναι φιλικό και υπάρχει ποικιλία παιχνιδιών.
I was unhappy because I found out that I bought a toy for my child that was recalled in the Greek market. They should be much more careful. The staff is friendly and there is a variety of toys.
