Εκπληκτική εξυπηρέτηση για ένα προϊόν τόσο μικρής αξίας!!!!!! Μπράβο παιδιά είστε άξιοι συγχαρητηρίων. Οι καλές προσπάθειες αξίζουν, και ιδίως εν μέσω πανδημίας!!! I bought an adapter of zero value (2.90 euros) online this morning at 10:00 am. and he came to my house 13:30pm. Amazing service for a product of such low value !!!!!! Οτιδήποτε έχω δει να λέει διαθέσιμο στο site υπάρχει (όχι σαν άλλα που δεν ενημερώνουν τη σελίδα και τελικά δεν έχουν τίποτα), έχει μεγάλη ποικιλία από πολλές κονσόλες, πολλά παρεμφερή μοναδικά κομμάτια (όπως φιγούρες που δεν έχω βρει αλλού) και καλύτερες τιμές συγκριτικά με άλλα αντίστοιχα καταστήματα. Επιπλέον, έκανα προπαραγγελια game και όχι μόνο το είχαν ακριβώς όταν προοριζόταν αλλά ζήτησαν και συγγνώμη για καθυστέρηση κυριολεκτικά 1 ώρας. Το μαγαζί είναι πάντα τακτοποιημένο, άψογα οργανωμένο και πεντακάθαρο και η κοπέλα και το παιδί που με έχουν εξυπηρετήσει είναι πάντα ευγενικοί, χαμογελαστοί, γνωστές των προϊόντων τους και γενικώς απλά άψογοι! Άνθρωποι σαν εκείνους που προσέχουν το μαγαζί τους και τους πελάτες τους με τέτοια σχολαστικότητα (και πραγματικά δεν έχω συναντήσει άλλους, αν και έχω πάει σε πολλά διαφορετικά καταστήματα gaming) με κάνουν ειλικρινά να απολαμβάνω ακόμα περισσότερο τα games μου (γιατί ξεκάθαρα η εμπειρία του gaming ξεκινάει από τη στιγμή που θα θελήσεις το παιχνίδι, και όχι από όταν τελικά το ανοίξεις). Μόνο μπράβο και ευχαριστώ έχω να πω! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! By far the best gaming store I have found! Everything I have seen said available on the site exists (not like others that do not update the page and end up with nothing), has a great variety of many consoles, many similar unique pieces (like figures I have not found elsewhere) and better prices compared to other corresponding stores. In addition, I pre-ordered a game and not only did they have it exactly when it was intended but they also apologized for the delay of literally 1 hour. The store is always tidy, perfectly organized and spotless and the girl and child who have served me are always polite, smiling, familiar with their products and generally just impeccable! People like those who take care of their store and their customers with such meticulousness (and I really have not met others, although I have been to many different gaming stores) honestly make me enjoy my games even more (because clearly the gaming experience starts when you want the game, not when you finally open it). Only well done and thank you I have to say! I highly recommend!
