★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rude and arrogant people that have no customer service skills.paid for ten minutes track time and after just two laps they kept hitting the kill switch on my cart.when i complained they told me to go away or they would call the police.nothing like being a paying customer.the most unpleasant people i have had the misfortune to meet in crete.they will not get my money again.if you want to have fun go bungee jumping over at the beach.the one star is not deserved but had to rate it before i could post my review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really wish I could give a lower rating 1 star isn't low enough, one of the staff members were extremely rude to me. it started when he (the tall bearded man) put my helmet on and I could feel it was to big, so I went up to him and said this helmet is to big or that's what I was gonna say but I got as far as saying "this" and he yelled get in the kart and that just ruined my whole experience.
