Kassandra Mare Hotel & Spa Club - 3rd Km Nea Moudania - Mea Fokaia

It is 3km from nearest village. Sea it is not that good. Not much sand and has some stones on the beach. It has a nice and clean pool.

The food and the swiming pool are very good. Daily cleaning of the rooms. Pet friendly hotel. However, there are many mosquitoes, which makes staying oug in the evenings almost unbearable. The water in the room is imposible to manage between hot and cold.

***FLEAS in the hotel!!!*** Just an ordinary hotel but with high prices. Rooms are outdated, nice but nothing special at all, we had to change our room as in the previous there was a flood. The new room was so called "deluxe" but there was no difference with previous one, only the extra room as a living-room, the air conditioner was not working (if it works it is so noisy that you can't sleep and when you complain to the reception, they answer you that this is not problem for some people...SHOCK!!), the door-handie of the bedroom was broken, in the whole hotel in the bathrooms there aren't hangers for the showers. Bring with you a connection-block because in the rooms there aren't plugs. Probably the rooms from the photos are locked and hidden (as a part of the restraunt was) for the so wanted VIPs who actually have never came...so sad for the owner... :D But lets move on...You have to bang the door of the room if you want to close it otherwise it stays opened. Banging all day and all night :D One of the restaurant's door was brocken and you are suppose to go round the whole restaurant because you are not allowed to go through the short cut a.k.a VIP zone and an old grumppy lady is screaming at you in the middle of the restaurant if you try to... Actually whole staff is kinda unpolite... Also the hotel is very noisy as it is veeerryyy close to the main road. The second building of the hotel has no sea view, soon the first one won't has a view, too, as just next to the hotel there is a building under construction (some extra and free noise for you ;)) Now about the food, nothing special but delicious, I missed the fruits, 7 days we ate only watermelon... As a vegan I could say that I have no problem with the food, I have a choice from 2-3 meals, only for the breakfast I have to buy products from the near by supermarket Massonitis (probably I don't spell the name correctly) but it is a big Greek supermarket with plenty of products, but you have to go there by car. The all-inclusive is not all-inclusive as there are no snacks between meals, also there is no variety of drinks. There is no an air-conditioner in the restaurant...!!!! I really liked the pool. It was big and clean, sunbeds were enough for everyone in the hotel, the lifeguard was doing his best. Big plus for the pool. The beach is in front of the hotel, mix of sand and stones, but it is okay, the bar is in between the beach and the pool. You have to know that in the hotel there is no free wifi even in the lounge, only paid and weak... BE AWARE THAT THE HOTEL IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PETS!!! Even that it is written that dogs are allowed, the owner has a big and aggressive dog, that is why you can't walk freely with your dog, I was paranoid and scared all the time, also there is no garden for walks, beach is unsuitable for dog walks and almost all the time my dogs were locked in the room ;( Another thing that I liked was that there weren't a lot of people, I don't like crowded places, so on this paragraph it was okay but you need a car in order to visit some other beaches or towns. Hope my post will be helpful when you are making your choice for a summer vacation :)

Tourist agency was showing the same photos as google maps. But actual room was very different. Much worse. Air conditioner was not working and hotel manager said that it was our fault that we did not check it. First night was like a nightmare with mosquitoes and very uncomfortable beds. Beds were so bad that my back and neck were hurting for more then a month after this trip. Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Food was tasty. I would not recommend this hotel for that price.

Pros: - Nice pool - The sea and the beach is very close - The food is acceptable but it could be more variety. - The staff was friendly. Cons: - Lots of mosquitos and bugs near the hotel room, and on the balcony. - If you want to visit some nice places you have to go by your car or a bus, there are no nice places in the area. - YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE WI-FI, and even though it does not work properly. - You also have to pay for nearly every feature except the beach and the pool. As a conclusion, if you want a nice chill and cozy vacation for a low budget it might be a good choice, but if you want to have fun, travel and visit nice places along with parties you should go elsewhere.

Nice hotel. If you are coming by car, using Google Maps, you should exit the Highway at about 1,5Km before the hotel (on Local Roads sign). Google Maps doesn't know the roads around here very accurately. Pros: - excellent staff - clean hotel - rooms are cleaned every day - nice pool - bar - good food. Food choices accordingly to the number of guests (aprox 60-100) - big parking Cons: - WiFi not free (2 €/day). If you are a EU citizen, you can use your roaming data, as it is cheaper for your stay - entry in the see with big rocks. Only in face of the stairs is a 1 m corridor, which allows you to enter comfortably.

A perfect place for family holiday. Rooms are clean and spatious. Every room has a large balcony. Hotel is practically on the beach. Food is delicious. Pool is nice. It would be nice if the owners could invest in a small playground for children.

A clean hotel and friendly staff. The food is not very varied but is very good/tasty and the offer of drinks is minimalist. So it's not for demanding tourists looking for variety. The hotel is made up of 3 buildings with 2 floors, the rooms are clean but the spacious is only for 2 people, it is more difficult for 3 because the third one has a bad field. Located about 3 km from the nearest town (Nea Moudania), an easy-going car is needed. The hotel's swimming pool is great, clean water but the beach is quite narrow. For those who want a few moments of peace, it is a good choice. I wish you a holiday as you want!
