★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is easily accessible from the main town. However it doesn't offer much in regards of a good view or information about the place. There is just a small trail leading around the castle next to the wall. If you have the time take the walk but don't expect too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The city is the best in that part of Corfu. Nice, vivid, with many shops, bars and restaurants. Visiting the castle is waisting of time and energy, there are just the walls around and inside is very wild park, for which nobody cares for million years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressively high entrance walls with restored wooden doors and entrance gates. Thick stone walls behind which is wild growth. No entrance fee. Up a poorly laid Rocky path off kassiopi main street

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an easy hike up to the castle from the Main Street. It was neat to see the architecture from that time and how the placement of the castle was key to defense of Corfu st the time.
Lovely views at the top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wee drive out from sidari just to stroll around the shops n tavernas and sit at the bay. It's a beautiful wee fishing village,but no too long to wak all around it as it os quite small. Better for a full day so you can experience the boat trips but loved the time we were there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The road to the castle is not maintained, the whole path is full of “poor history “ feel. The Castle is not maintained at all as well. It feels like, nobody is caring about it. What a pity. The Greek government prefers to buy useless second hand USA panzer, instead of renovating cultural relic…..I feel very sorry for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can find some really interesting places to take photos and an interesting walk around overall. However, it is really poorly maintained which is just a shame really as it could have so much more and the path up was a bit awkward at times for my mum and felt a bit unclear at times due to poor signage and a feel of walking in people's back gardens.
