★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a nice hike. Less than one hour away from Thessaloniki, this impressive limestone terrace stands tall over the fields close to the village of Chorigi. Not much is known about it other than it was used in the First World War and probably during Hellinistic times. Also some climbing routes are definitely still used today. Absolutely great for a hike.
