A	Anja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir verbringen hier das 2. Mal in Kathrin Beach unseren Urlaub. Und zwar 2020 und 2021 . In einer schwierigen Zeit, wo nicht jeder verreist ! Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir Land und Leute unterstützen wollten. Sehr gern und von Herzen. Das Hotel wird mit Herz und Kompetenz geführt. Umso mehr bin ich entsetzt über die Gegebenheit, die mir heute wiederfahren ist!! Und zwar in dem Supermarkt vor dem Hotel, den wir mindestens 2x am Tag besuchen und alles was wir benötigen kaufen. Ich hatte Durst und wollte gegen 18.00 eine Flasche Wasser kaufen. Hatte jedoch nur einen 20€ Schein. Mir war bewusst, dass der Betrag besser mit Kleingeld bezahlt werden sollte. Hatte ich aber nicht. Wie gesagt, wir sind „Stammkunden“. — Ich habe KEINE Flasche Wasser bekommen.— Diesen Supermarkt werde ich nicht mehr betreten. Schade… We are spending our vacation here in Kathrin Beach for the second time. In 2020 and 2021. In a difficult time when not everyone is traveling! We liked it so much that we wanted to support the country and its people. With great pleasure and from the heart. The hotel is run with passion and competence. I am all the more appalled by the fact that happened to me today !! In the supermarket in front of the hotel, which we visit at least twice a day and buy everything we need. I was thirsty and wanted to buy a bottle of water around 6 p.m. However, only had a 20 € note. I was aware that the amount should be better paid with change. But I didn't. As I said, we are "regular customers". - I did NOT get a bottle of water. - I will no longer go to this supermarket. Pity…
