C	Claudiu Pustai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is friendly and the location is good since it's close to the beach but unfortunately there were queues when having to have dinner or lunch... each guest have to be taken individually by one of the personnel so he can choose .. such a waste of time since most of the people were couples, families and groups.. Families spend time together outside of the restaurant but while inside they have to be taken 1 by 1 as if COVID will somehow will not spread ? :D Also worth to mention , the sea if not suitable for toddlers or babies since you do 5 steps and the water is at the chest level and sea bed is of rocks and .. big waves. From 10 days we spent there at least 4 we were not able to get in to the water due to the waves which are quite strong.
R	R Werber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is a very nice family owned place, the people are friendly. We arrived after dinner the first night and dinner was waiting in our room for us. We also had to leave before breakfast and again the offered us a lunch bag to go. Very helpful and friendly. The only thing which was somewhat disappointing was the food buffet. Salads where good but the hot entrees where boring and not special. Ok for 3 or 4 nights but after that it will gets very boring. We went out and enjoyed authentic food instead even we had dinner included in our price.

We travelled here during the COVID crisis and the hotel had fantastic measures in place which made us feel so safe as a family. Beach front in a beautiful setting, it is certainly a hidden gem ❤️
C	C C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really friendly staff, great beach, sunbed set for two only 5 Euros per day, after 4 pm only 2,5 euros.. Food is great, often really crowded because of many guests. Room without sea view could be better, beds a bit hard (I love it like that), furniture a bit old, could get new one.. Air conditioning in every room, turns off when leaving the room because you take your key card with you.. We are surely coming again, but in a room with a sea view.

We could not fault the hotel in any way; because of Covid-19 the hotel did everything to ensure we were safe. A large variety of delicious food was served to us by amazing staff who were careful and joyful; rooms are spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. Katherin’s location on the beach made my morning coffee even more enjoyable. I definitely recommend this hotel - it ticked all the boxes needed for a perfect holiday.

V	Valerija Pabedinskienė on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient and lovely hotel on the sea side. The rooms are cleaning every 3 days, romms are looking standart. Comfortable bed and balcony. Unfortunately we were not sure on what it depends what room will you get. The better one in renovated part of the hotel or the older one. The food was quite good. 8/10. The breakfast was always the same. There was different dinner. Soft and other drinks are extra charge during the dinner. The beach doesn't belong to the hotel so you need to pay extra 5 eur per day if you want to get an umbrella and sunbed set. Or you can lay next to the hotel on your own. The whole staff is realy helpful and pleasant, cheerfull and funny. There was also a bus which can take you to the center of Rethymno. Fantastic city with very beautiful architecture.
