★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a diesel 4x4 suv. They gave me a petrol front wheel drive suv, telling me it was a 4x4. Fuel level at pickup was 0, luckily I could get to the fuel station, and so it was the windscreen water level. Issue was managed with an email saying that I should call a Mr George, who didn't pick up the phone and never called back. If I'll ever come back to Crete, I'll do my best to find a better deal.
