★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση όχι από το προσωπικό του καταστήματος αλλά απ την ελλειπή επικοινωνία με τα κεντρικά της cosmote.. Όλο και χειρότερα πάτε
 Poor service not from the store staff but from the lack of communication with the cosmote headquarters .. You are getting worse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σημερα το πρωι (1/6/2022, 10:15 ) προεβην σε επιστροφη εξοπλισμου
( αποκωδικοποιητης και 2 routers )του θανοντος πατερα μου.
Η υπαλληλος που με εξυπηρετησε ηταν αναιδεστατη και ασχετη με το
αντικειμενο της, ( Ειμαι στη διαθεση οποιουδηποτε υπευθυνου για διευκρινησεις ).
Επισης, ενω στην τηλεφωνικη επικοινωνια με το 13888 η κοπελα με ενημερωσε οτι πρεπει να επιστρεψω αποκωδικοποιητη και router εντος
10 ημερων, το SMS που ελαβα απο το 13888 ανεφερε μονο τον αποκωδικοποιητη και εντος 20 ημερων.
Δυστυχως οι αφισες της Cosmote με τα χαρουμενα προσωπακια καταναλωτων ουδεμια σχεση εχουν με την πραγματικοτητα.
Για αλλη μια φορα η εξυπηρετηση μου απο αυτη την εταιρεια αποδειχθηκε τραγικη.
This morning (1/6/2022, 10:15) I returned equipment
(decoder and 2 routers) of my dying father.
The clerk who served me was rude and irrelevant
object of it, (I am at the disposal of anyone responsible for clarifications).
Also, while in the telephone communication with 13888 the girl informed me that I have to return a decoder and router inside
10 days, the SMS I received from 13888 mentioned only the decoder and within 20 days.
Unfortunately, Cosmote posters with happy consumer faces have nothing to do with reality.
Once again my service from this company proved to be tragic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν μπορείς να μιλήσεις πλέον με εκπρόσωπο σε τηλεφωνικό κέντρο εξυπηρέτησης πελατών,πρέπει να περιμένεις τουλάχιστον μια ώρα.
Άλλαξα πάροχο από αρχές Νοεμβρίου και συνεχίζουν και μου εκδίδουν λογαριασμό.ΦΟΒΕΡΟΙ! Κ ΝΑ ΜΗΝ ΤΟΥΣ ΒΡΙΣΚΕΙΣ Κ ΣΤΟ ΤΗΛΕΦΩΝΟ.ΩΡΑΙΑ ΤΑ ΑΥΤΟΜΑΤΟΠΟΙΗΜΕΝΑ ΤΗΛΕΦΩΝΙΚΑ ΚΕΝΤΡΑ, ΜΕΓΑΛΗ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΗ .ΜΠΡΑΒΟ ΣΑΣ
You can no longer talk to a representative at a customer service call center, you have to wait at least an hour.
I changed provider from the beginning of November and they continue and issue me an account. AWESOME! DON'T FIND THEM ON THE PHONE. THE AUTOMATIC PHONE CENTERS ARE NICE, GREAT SERVICE. WELL DONE
