Ευγενεστατος, πρόθυμος στις ερωτήσεις που του έθεσα για μια νέα σύνδεση που θα χρειαστώ στο μέλλον και ταχύτατη εξόφληση των λογαριασμών μου. Συγχαρητήρια τόσο στους υπαλλήλους του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος όσο και στη wind για την επιλογή του προσωπικού της. Amazing service from all the employees of the store. Είπα στο κοιμισμένο πωλητη να μου κάνει κατάθεση 20€ και να βάλουμε και ένα πακετο ομιλίας και εκείνος χρέωσε μόνο το πακετο ομιλίας που ήταν κάτω των 20€ που ζήτησα. Και μου λέει τώρα πρεπει να ξανακάνεις κατάθεση 12€. Και γέλαγε λες και ήταν κάτι αστείο. Μέχρι εκεί φτάνει το επίπεδο νοημοσύνης του προφανώς! Everyone sleeps standing up in there! Their mind is on havale and how not to serve. I told the sleeping seller to make me a deposit of € 20 and to put in a speech package and he only charged for the speech package that was under € 20 that I asked for. Όταν πρόκειται να πουλήσουν κάτι σου συμπεριφέρονται φιλικά κσι σε μαρκάρουν ενώ όταν του ζητάς κάτι σε επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης που δεν αφορά πώληση ξεχνάνε τους καλούς τρόπους και συμπεριφέρονται απαράδεκτα! Όταν τους χρειάστηκα για σοβαρό θέμα ήταν απαθέστατοι και δεν βοηθήσανε καθόλου. Bad staff, without caring about the customer, just selling any package.
