Έ	Έλενα Καραγιάννη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από που να αρχίσω και που να τελειώσω δεν ξέρω έχοντας πολλά χρόνια αυτήν την εταιρεία στο σπίτι οι λογαριασμοί άρχισαν να έρχονται οι διπλασιοι και τριπλασιοι αλλάζουμε λοιπόν εταιρεία γνωρίζοντας ότι θα χρεώθουμε πρόστιμο, το πληρώνουμε! μας έρχεται εχτές χαρτί από δικηγόρο ύψους 200 και ευρώ παίρνουμε τηλέφωνο και μας λένε ότι είναι 400 και ευρώ αλλά επειδή καταλαβαίνουμε ότι είναι δύσκολοι οι καιροί μας κάνανε μείωση! Το θέμα λοιπόν είναι ότι έχουν χρεώσει τον εξοπλισμό των οποίο όταν επιστρέψαμε πίσω στο κατάστημα δεν το δέχτηκαν και ένα cosmote sport's έτρεχε ακόμα εδώ και 8 μήνες γτ πολλαπλά ο υπάλληλος που πήραμε ξέχασε να το απενεργοποιώ δλδ έλεος! Η κοπέλα που μιλήσαμε ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και προσπαθούσε μισή ώρα να μας βρει λύση καθώς τα έχουν κάνει μπάχαλο και το καλύτερο που κατάφερε είναι να αφέλειες το μισό πόσο όταν επιστραφεί ο εξοπλισμός και μετά στο υπόλοιπο ποσό να κάνουμε δόσεις για κάτι που δεν φταίμε εμείς λες και γενναμε λεφτά ! Το κορυφαίο βέβαια είναι ότι έχουν χρεώσει και τον επόμενο μήνα δλδ τον Μάρτιο αλλά 126 ευρώ! Η συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία λοιπόν το λιγότερο που θα μπορούσε να χαρακτηριστεί ειναι ως λαμογια που τα αρπάζουν με οποιοδήποτε κόστος αλλά ξέρουμε και εμείς αγαπητή κοσμοτε να απευθυνομαστε σε δικηγόρους όχι μόνο εσείς!!! Ντροπή σας και πάλι !!!! I do not know where to start and where to end, having this company at home for many years, the bills started to come double and triple, so we change the company knowing that we will be charged a fine, we pay it! Next year we receive a letter from a lawyer worth 200 euros and we get a phone call and they tell us that it is 400 euros but because we understand that the times are difficult, they reduced us! So the issue is that they have charged the equipment which when we went back to the store they did not accept it and a cosmote sport's was still running for 8 months because many times the employee we got forgot to turn it off because of mercy! The girl we talked to was very helpful and tried for half an hour to find a solution for us as they have made a mess and the best she managed is to be naive half as much when the equipment is returned and then in the rest of the amount to make installments for something we are not to blame we say and we made money! The best of course is that they have charged next month dld in March but 126 euros! The specific company, then, the least that could be characterized is as greedy people who grab them at any cost, but we also know, dear world, to turn to lawyers, not only you !!! Shame on you again !!!!
