★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φιλικό και ευχάριστο προσωπικο που απαρτίζεται από πολύ ευγενικά και πρόθυμα άτομα ένα προς ένα . Πάντα δίπλα στον πελατη με υπομονή και διάθεση να λυθεί το κάθε πρόβλημα . Οι υπάλληλοι διατηρούν την υπομονή τους , σε αντίθεση με αλλες εταιριες , από προσωπική μου εμπειρία αλλά και από όσες φορές παρεβρέθηκα σε αλλα περιστατικά εντός του καταστήματος παντα μπαίνουν στη θέση του πελάτη προσπαθώντας για το καλύτερο ..ανθρώπινη αντιμετώπιση , δυσεύρετη στην εποχή μας ! Μπράβο τους !!!!!!!!!!
 Friendly and pleasant staff consisting of very kind and willing people one by one. Always next to the customer with patience and willingness to solve any problem. The employees maintain their patience, unlike other companies, from my personal experience but also from how many times I have attended other incidents inside the store, always entering the position of the customer trying for the best ..human treatment, hard to find in our time! Well done for them !!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκτός το κομμάτι των διαδικασιών και υπηρεσιών που χειρίζονται άψογα όλοι στο κατάστημα , είναι ικανοποιητική και πολύ άμεση και η επισκευή συσκευών όπως και η υποστήριξη από την ομάδα των εξειδικευμένων υπαλλήλων στο τεχνικό μέρος ..είναι πάντα πρόθυμοι να αναλύσουν και να εξηγήσουν οτιδηποτε χρειαστεί . Προσωπικά , παρότι αλλαξα την συσκευή μου με μια καινουρια της οποίας δεν γνωριζα την χρήση , αμέσως ενημερώθηκα και βοηθήθηκα πλήρως . Φοβερή υποστήριξη δεν νιώθεις ποτε ανασφάλεια όσες φορές και αν το επισκεφτείς θα έχεις βοήθεια ακόμη και για το ίδιο πρόβλημα
Apart from the part of the procedures and services that are perfectly handled by everyone in the store, the repair of devices is satisfactory and very immediate, as well as the support from the team of specialized employees in the technical part .. they are always willing to analyze and explain anything needed. Personally, although I changed my device with a new one that I did not know how to use, I was immediately informed and fully helped. Awesome support you never feel insecure no matter how many times you visit it you will have help even for the same problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After going to other vodafone shops, I have come to the conclusion that this is my favorite one! The shop assistants are polite, informative + help as much as possible. Also the new shop is a big improvement from the last one, spacious + clean.
