Επιθυμούσα να αλλάξω πάροχο και να πάρω πακέτο TV και να πάω στην Cosmote , αλλά από τις 21/07/2021 (σήμερα είναι 26/07/2021)παρουσιάστηκε βλάβη σε καλώδιο παροχής στην περιοχή του παλαιου κτιρίου του ΟΤΕ εδώ στην Καστοριά -ΜΟΝΟ ΣΤΟ ΔΙΚΟ ΜΟΥ ΑΡΙΘΜΟ(!)- Ο πάροχος μου σήμερα με ενημέρωσε πως ενώ ενημέρωσαν την υπηρεσία του ΟΤΕ στην Καστοριά και τους απάντησαν πως το πρόβλημα έχει λυθεί, συνεχίζω να έχω πρόβλημα με την ταχύτητα του Internet. The phone does not match. I wanted to change provider and get a TV package and go to Cosmote, but from 21/07/2021 (today is 07/26/2021) there was a fault in a power cable in the area of the old OTE building here in Kastoria -ONLY IN MY NUMBER (!) - My provider informed me today that while they informed the OTE service in Kastoria and they answered that the problem has been solved, I still have a problem with the speed of the Internet.

P	Prodromos Xafis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προβλημα μας ειναι απλο αλλα απο οτι φαίνεται στα γραφεια της κοσμοτε φανταζει ακατόρθωτο,το να περασεις μια συνδεση ίντερνετ εντός του μηνα έχουμε κλείσει 2 ραντεβου αλλα λογικα νομιζαν οτι τους κανουμε πλακα και δεν ηρθαν ποτέ προφανως με διαφορετικές αστειες δικαιολογίες Our problem is simple but from what it seems in the offices of cosmote it seems impossible, to have an internet connection within a month we have made 2 appointments but logically they thought we were making fun of them and they obviously never came up with different funny excuses

Ξεκαθαρίζω ότι μιλάμε για το τμήμα πωλήσεων (εξυπηρέτηση, διαθεσιμότητα προϊόντων, γνώσεις πωλητών κλπ), όχι για τεχνικούς ή ποιότητα δικτύου. Excellent service from all children in the shop. Always informed and willing to serve. I make it clear that we are talking about the sales department (service, product availability, sales knowledge, etc.), not technicians or network quality.
Χ	ΧΡΥΣΟΥΛΑ ΚΥΡΑΤΖΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γενικά δεν συμπαθώ την υπερβολική οικειότητα των υπαλλήλων από την πρώτη στιγμή που αγγίζει τα όρια της αγενειας. Αυτό που δεν ανέχομαι ομως είναι η ημιμάθεια και η προσπάθεια να πείσεις ότι ξέρεις ενώ δεν ξέρεις που "πάν τα τέσσερα". Όταν λες στον υπάλληλο πχ θέλω αυτο το τάμπλετ που εχετε εδω και γραφει 100 ευρώ για δώρο και σου βγάζει ένα 200 κι ένα άλλο 300 γιατί είναι καλύτερο και μετά από ένα τέταρτο κακής ανάγνωσης των χαρακτηριστικών θυμάται ότι η υποτιθέμενη προσφορά στο ράφι εξαντλήθηκε πριν ένα μήνα...Ε γεια σου και δεν ξαναπατω! Όλο το κλίμα γενικά όταν μπαίνεις στο μαγαζί είναι ότι ενοχλείς τους υπαλλήλους για να σε εξυπηρετήσουν. Να γινόταν μια φορά να πω ότι ήταν τυχαίο αλλά μάλλον δεν είναι. J	John Vergos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρόνια συνδρομητής στην σταθερή και ένα χρόνο στην κινητή πριν πολλά χρόνια. Ένα χρόνο διότι η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν τραγική. Πάμε στο σήμερα.... Αντικατάσταση router, μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με τα κεντρικά. Κρατάω το παλιό στο χέρι μου και μπαίνω στο κατάστημα. Αφού κάποιος με βλέπει και με πηγαίνει σε έναν "υπάλληλο" να με εξυπηρετήσει και πριν προλάβω να αρθρώσω κουβέντα αντιμετωπίζω απαξιωτική συμπεριφορά του στυλ: "Τι είναι αυτό. Αυτό είναι παλιό. Δεν επιστρέφεται" με πολύ έντονο ύφος. Από εκεί και μετά η συζήτηση πήρε άσχημη τροπή, διότι η αγένεια του εικοσαχρονου δεν ήταν αποδεκτή. Τραγική εμπειρία αγένειας από εικοσάχρονο με την νοοτροπία κακού δημοσίου υπαλλήλου. Και για να μην παρεξηγηθω, έχω συναντήσει και συνεργαστεί με ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΟΎΣ δημοσίους υπαλλήλους. Αυτός ο "κύριος" δεν έχει θέση στην αγορά εργασίας γενικότερα. Λυπάμαι και για το μονοπώλιο που πρέπει να ανέχομαι λόγω θέσης της οικίας μου. Αν οι Γερμανοί ιδιοκτήτες του ΟΤΕ τα ήξεραν αυτά για το εδώ υποκατάστημα πολλοί θα έχαναν τον ύπνο τους. Τίποτε δεν είναι δεδομένο.Αν είχε ΜΗΔΕΝ βαθμολογία, θα την έβαζα.
