★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20, 22 και 23 Μαρτίου, 3 συνεχόμενα απογεύματα κλειστό το κατάστημα. Εντάξει παιδιά, είπαμε, "αναβάθμιση υπηρεσιών, αναδιοργάνωση, προκαθορισμένες τεχνικές εργασίες, ζητούμε συγνώμη για την αναστάτωση κλπ κλπ" όχι κι έτσι όμως...
20, 22 and 23 March, 3 consecutive afternoons closed the store. Okay kids, we said, "upgrading services, reorganizing, pre-defined technical work, apologizing for the inconvenience, etc ..." but not so ...

Particularly helpful and kind children, from the owner to the last employee, at the Florina store I recently visited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από ενημέρωση πως οι παραγγελίες φθάνουν στο κατάστημα σε 2 εργάσιμες (και μερικές φορές σε μία εργάσιμη!), παρήγγειλα τρία κινητά.
Το ένα το πήρα σε 4 εργάσιμες και τα άλλα δύο δεν τα πήρα ποτέ καθώς έπρεπε να φύγω και δεν είχαν φτάσει ακόμη (είχα πληρώσει προκαταβολή η οποία μου επιστράφηκε)
Δεν υπάρχει λόγος δημιουργίας προσδοκιών στον πελάτη όταν αυτές δεν τηρούνται!
Έτυχα πολύ καλής εξυπηρέτησης πάντως από μια νεαρή υπάλληλο η οποία και ήταν πολύ ευγενική
After being informed that the orders reach the store in 2 working days (and sometimes in one working day!), I ordered three mobile phones.
I got one in 4 working days and the other two I never got as I had to leave and they had not arrived yet (I had paid a deposit which was returned to me)
There is no reason to create expectations in the customer when these are not met!
However, I received very good service from a young employee who was very kind.
