Και οι 2 κοπελες ειναι ξυνες παντα με υφακη και δειχνουν οτι βαριουντε.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήθελα να κάνω μια αίτηση για ενα έγγραφο που να πιστοποιεί οτι ο αριθμός τηλεφώνου μου ανοίκει σε εμένα, για χρήση στην τράπεζα. Από την εξυπηρετηση πελατών μου ειπαν να απευθυνθώ σε οποιοδήποτε κατάστημα. Οταν πήγα στο κατάστημα με ρώτησαν αν έχω πάρει τον αριθμό απο εκει?!? Απάντησα οτι τον εχω πάρει απο Πάτρα και μου ειπαν οτι πρέπει να απευθυνθώ στην εξυπηρέτηση. Τους ειπα οτι ήδη απο την εξυπηρέτηση μου ειπαν σε οποιοδήποτε κατάστημα και τότε θυμηθηκαν οτι οντως κάνεις αίτηση απο εκει και την στέλνουν οι ίδιοι μεσω καταστήματος. Με περίσσια βαρεμάρα η κοπέλα που εργάζεται εκει την συνέταξε και έφυγα. Μετά απο δυο εβδομάδες δεν εχω λάβει κάποια απάντηση οπότε τηλεφωνησα στην εξυπηρετηση πελατών να δω τι γινεται και μου ειπαν οτι δεν στάλθηκε η αιτηση ποτέ. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, ευχαριστώ πολύ.
I wanted to apply for a document certifying that my phone number is open to me, for use at the bank. From customer service I was told to go to any store. When I went to the store they asked me if I got the number from there?!? I replied that I had taken him from Patras and they told me that I should go to the service. I told them that already from the service they told me in any store and then they remembered that you are really applying from there and they send it themselves through a store. With too much boredom, the girl who works there drafted her and I left. After two weeks I did not receive a response so I called customer service to see what was going on and they told me that the application was never sent. Flawless service, thank you very much.
