★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful, friendly staff, but they are way overworked. I feel sorry for them. The shop is too small, too understaffed, and too crowded. Cosmote needs to open another shop in the area to relieve the burden. Decor and furniture look good though. The fiber service itself is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should improve at their customer for sure. I have waited there for 15 minutes only to realise that they are so busy that they cannot even look at me. I just wanted to buy a pair of headset speakers and during the waiting time, I had the chance to select my product. I got it out of the wall and headed to the cashier lady, who was doing nothing at that time. I got very frustrated when she told me "you have to talk to sales people first". I let her know that I have selected what I wanted and there is no need to do so. She replied "you have to talk to sales people"
I left. The store across the street was exactly what I wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe it's just me but there were 7 employees working here and one other customer and I still had to work at getting someone's attention. Two other employees were finally tools to ago chatting and attend to the customer who came in after me and was patiently standing in front of their desk.
I was in here to get myself a SIM card for Greece, which I got, but was not informed as to what this SIM card provides for me other than "4 GB" of data.
This place is light on customer service and the employees seem allergic to smiling but I still got my SIM card, I'm just not sure what limitations it has.
