They are super friendly but not intrusive and they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and that your stay is amazing. I have already recommended it to all my friends and I will be coming back again hopefully next Summer.

Thank you Nastasia for accompanying us the whole week, it was a pleasure. What i really liked about the hotel is the location. It is really quiet so you can relax, but if you want to go to town you get there in about 5 minutes with a car or a scooter or even with the public bus.

They addressed challenges head on and ensured appropriate solutions where presented and delivered upon to deliver a fantastic stay. Planning daily Beach Clubs and restaurants with the concierge team Dominikos & Patryk was effortless, very organized and flexible with the perfect itinerary always in mind. Working alongside Mr. Aggelos Manioudakis, the Hotel Manager was nothing short of Brilliant. He made himself available the entire visit to ensure a successful and memorable stay was always forefront through his genuine sense of care. Beautiful accommodations, great attention to detail and caring service are all genuine elements for a unforgettable visit in Mykonos!

Pool was great with an amazing sea view. Breakfast was very delicious. Hotel location is not far from Mykonos town (10 mins by car). I would recommend this hotel.

J	Journaling CJS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel with horrible customer service. We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of June. Our a/c broke. We contacted the front desk many times. They would send someone to fix but it still wouldn’t work. The hotel was at about 30-40% occupancy so they could have easily moved us into a room with working a/c. Instead (2) of the nights we were forced to sleep in 90 degree temps. At checkout I let them know that I expected a credit for the 2 nights prior to swiping the final payment. They agreed that the Gm would reach out to work it out with me. After several unsuccessful attempts I contacted American Express. Amex being a great company immediately issued a credit. This hotel went on to make up emails about dialogues they had with me which never existed which in turn got them the money back. It’s $2000 which doesn’t change much for me but I want to make sure everyone knows that your dealing with a classless organization that preys on tourists. Highly recommend Cavatagoo. We will be staying there every year moving forward. Also this place is completely off the beaten path. Takes 30 minutes to get anywhere.

Two of the staff in particular continually went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, both Patrick and Nickos made special efforts to make our stay at Katikies was better than we could imagined. I would highly recommend Katikies to anyone traveling to Mykonos!

We were so excited for the tub until we found out it is not heated which was a huge disappointment. For the price to stay here there should be heat in the jetted tub otherwise why book this. Also they are way overly priced on transfer service. 100 euros from the new port in Mykonos to the hotel which is crazy!!! Taxi was only 40 euros. I understand paying for luxury but this hotel but they are taking advantage of people. Good food outstanding spa and service. Do not use their transfer service and don’t book a room with a jetted tub. Other hotels offer free transport to Mykonos town they charge 40 euros to drive 10 minutes.
