★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το πρόβλημα με το συγκεκριμένο e -shop είναι ότι πριν παραγγείλεις θα πρέπει να επιβεβαίωσεις τηλεφωνικά αν όντως ισχύει ο χρόνος παράδοσης που αναγράφεται στο site. Δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει ενημέρωση για το στάδιο της παραγγελίας εκτός και αν επικοινωνήσεις ο ίδιος με το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο . Κατά τα άλλα η τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση και ο άνθρωπος που κάνει τις παραδόσεις είναι ευγενέστατοί.
The problem with this e-shop is that before ordering you have to confirm by phone if the delivery time indicated on the site is really valid. Unfortunately, there is no information about the order stage unless you contact the call center yourself. Otherwise the telephone service and the person who makes the deliveries are very polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο...μακριά....είχα κάνει παραγγελία εδώ και 1-1/2 μήνα και είχα προπληρώσει....με πήραν τηλέφωνο ότι θα καθυστερούσαν τα προϊόντα και όταν ήρθαν άρχισε ο Γολγοθάς...2βδομαδες είτε με έστηναν να περιμένω σαν τον.... Είτε έρχονταν σε άλλες ώρες από αυτές που είχα βάλει για την παράδοση.....ΜΑΚΡΙΑ
What's worse ... far .... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ τα άτομα που εργάζονται και επικοινωνούν με την πελατεία είναι μια χαρά, η εταιρία χρειάζεται άμεσα έξτρα προσωπικό. Πέρα από την παράδοση (που η ταλαιπωρία είναι μεγάλη μέχρι να επιτευχθεί), τα πράγματα που υπάρχουν στο site δεν ανταποκρίνονται στο απόθεμα (χρώματα, μεγέθη ένας χαμός). Δεν ξέρουν τι υπάρχει και τι όχι, ενώ έχεις ήδη παραγγείλει και στο site λέει πως είναι ετοιμοπαράδοτο. Άτομα για μια καταλογογράφηση των πραγμάτων χρειάζεται. Και φυσικά το eshop θα έπρεπε να έχει περισσότερες λεπτομέρειες και επιλογές ανά προιόν, καθώς δεν μπορείς να επιλέξεις χρώματα κτλ.

They do not know what is and what is not, while you have already ordered and the site says it is ready to be delivered. People for a catalog of things needed. And of course the eshop should have more details and options per product, as you can not choose colors etc.
