★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right on the village square in Mochos, where we stopped off on our way to the Plateau of Lassithi. Looking at the beautiful church on the square we were welcomed by Delia of the Kelari Taverna who gave us a guide to the village and explained about the Cretan night that the village has every Wednesday.
So we booked and went along and had the most enjoyable night, with good food and wonderful dancing & music. To be recommended much better than that offered at the hotels.
