Τους αφήνω ένα κινητό με σπασμένο digitizer, αλλά πλήρως λειτουργικό, Ξέρω ότι ενδέχεται να χρειάζεται αλλαγή και το lcd panel, αλλά επειδή είναι οικονομικά ασύμφορο θέλω μόνο να το φτιάξουν αν γίνεται να αλλαχθεί μόνο το digitizer. Kι επειδή είναι κινέζικο τους δίνω και το ανταλλακτικό. Μου λένε κι αυτοί ότι ενδέχεται να χρειάζεται αλλαγή και το lcd panel. Κατανοητό τους λέω πλην όμως δε με συμφέρει αυτό και θέλω να το φτιάξουν μόνο αν γίνεται η αλλαγή του digitizer. Την επόμενη μέρα με ενημερώνουν ότι πρέπει να αλλαχθεί lcd panel+digitizer. Ζητώ να μου επιστραφεί το κινητό και όταν το παίρνω το digitizer πλέον έχει καταστραφεί πλήρως και το τηλέφωνο δεν λειτουργεί. Τους ρωτώ γιατί και μου απαντάνε: α είναι αυτονόητο ότι δεν θα λειτουργούσε, χωρίς όμως να με έχουν ενημερώσει για τέτοιο κίνδυνο. Τους ζητώ να μου το επιστρέψουν όπως τους το άφησα και μου λένε ειρωνικά τι περιμένεις από ένα φθηνό κινέζικο τηλέφωνο, έχουμε και δουλειές και τέτοια. Αμα θες να σου αλλάξουμε lcd+digitizer με 10 ευρώ έκπτωση (το οποίο εξ αρχής ήταν ασύμφορο). Σας λέω, μακριά. Unacceptable as professionals. Away. Πήγα το PlayStation και την ίδια ημέρα το έλεγξαν και μου τηλεφώνησαν για να μου εξηγήσουν πιο ήταν το πρόβλημα και πως μπορεί να διορθωθεί. Σε δυο μέρες είχα τη συσκευή έτοιμη στα χέρια μου και με πολύ καλή τιμή. Σίγουρα θα τους προτιμήσω ξανά. Ευχαριστώ. Fast service, courteous behavior and professionalism. Όταν τους ρώτησα γιατί δε με πήραν τηλέφωνο, η απάντησή τους ήταν: "α, δε σας πήραμε;" και "θα ψάξουμε λίγο ακόμα μήπως το βρούμε και θα σας πάρουμε τηλέφωνο." Περιττό να πω, τηλέφωνο δε με πήραν.
